Naiwok Hills Resort

Очень понравилась вилла. Уборка восхитительная, удобный сервис с интернет-страницей для заказа воды, прачечной, записи на йогу и других услуг. Вилла свежая, все необходимое есть, комфортная веранда, нам все понравилось, кроме местоположения, до которого трудно добраться по песчаной горе.

The expectations of the stay were met in every respect. The entire team was available at all times, left nothing to be desired and was very friendly at all times. The accommodation was 100% as described. The cleanliness of the entire complex (accommodation, pool, garden, gym) and the helpfulness with all questions (transfer and cab, scooter rental, laundry, excursions, etc.) are to be emphasized as very positive. The complex is located in a very quiet environment that invites you to relax completely. The WIFI is very fast throughout the resort, including the accommodation. The accommodation can be recommended without any reservations and we will definitely be back.

New and well equipped houses. For me they delivered additional bed and two desks with office chairs - nice for working. Also its quiet place, just birds signing - no party places around. Stuff is very helpful and also they were dealing effectivly with disturbing quests (quests with big speakers who think that this is a party hotel).

Naiwok Hills is located in the secluded area near Tongsala Pier. A free shuttle to and from the pier or the town takes about 5 minutes. The road leading to the resort is a dirt road but once you are inside, it really is a peaceful haven for those who likes to relax away from the famous Koh Phangan parties. The rooms are very clean, modern and fairly laid out. Reception is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. but the professional manager is available onsite if needed - very vigilant and efficient communication through WhatsApp. Housekeepers are doing a good job in keeping the rooms clean by taking on twice per week for us long staying guests. Complimentary water is provided daily and what is even better is that we could go to their website guest area to click on what we require such a laundry, taxi service, water, etc. Again the hotel provided taxi service to other areas at a very reasonable rate on an island where public transports are extremely expensive. Wifi signal was unstable when we arrived but they soon fixed it and was surprisingly uploadin at high speed. There are no TV channels but Netfliix was available so it was more than what we needed for our 4 years old. The pool needs a little refurbishment with tiles but it was never crowded. They have a gym with basic exercise equipment. To sum up we did spent some quality time - we were pampered!!! The only complaint against the manager was that he would not prolonged our stay at the resort ;( (It was fully reserved until end of March)

Great prompt and efficient communications through WhatsApp. We booked at the beginning of December, a 2-bedroom villa. We were met at the pier by the complimentary shuttle driver who drove us to the resort. Not far from the pier but very quiet and peaceful location. Excellent high-speed Wi-Fi, constant signal and good water pressure as each house has its own boilers. Air conditioning in the living room and every bedroom. Gas cooker, oven kettle, toaster, sink etc. The kitchen area is large enough for cooking. Salt, oil, and pepper are provided. Netflix on a modern TV. Great pool, gym. Clean white linen. Towels are changed and cleaning is done every 2 days. Change of bed sheets every four days. Free 4 Singha bottles of drinking water. There are also 5 liters for sale at 30 baht. Laundry service is 50 baht per kg. In the city 40-50, express 70) - Nearby 7-8 minutes on a 7/11; Close to Lotus - 15-20 minutes by scooter, and 20-25 minutes to Makro and Big C., the beach is not very close, it is, on foot 15 minutes: We went to Salad Beach, Mae Haad, and Koh Ma instead by scooter.

Zu Beginn - das Hotel liegt idyllisch Zimmer sind sauber und modern, Besitzer kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Aber: Urlauber ohne Auto oder Motorrad Finger weg! Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, das nächste einfache Restaurant ca 1 km entfernt. Für Einkäufe steht ein 7eleven ca 1,5 km entfernt zur Verfügung. Wenn ein Taxi einem in der Nacht zum Hotel bringt wird Zuschlag verrechnet. Da es keine Verpflegung dort gibt muss alles organisiert werden. Trotz aller Idylle und der wunderschönen Bungalow sind wir nach 2 Nächten abgereist, da alles Drumherum uns nicht gepasst hätte. Da wir werder Auto noch Motorrad hatten. Für die Führung des Hotels eine Empfehlung: bitte diese Umstände in der Beschreibung mitgeben, Urlauber sind sonst trotz allem enttäuscht.
