Хороший завтрак. Готовят на заказ блюда из яиц. Качественные продукты и очень вкусные круассаны на сливочном масле! Маски, каяки, сапборды дают бесплатно. Остров замечательный, хочется вернутся!

This hotel is very very very good place to stay. The staff i some of the nicest people, and derserve all the praise in the World. The food in the restaurant is good , and the Beach is unique. I have not been in a place that Got me in such a good mood in a long time. I can’t wait to go back❤️

We only popped into the restaurant at this hotel for lunch a few times as we were staying at the Mali resort a few blocks down the beach ( see separate review). the food here was lovely and reasonably priced .The staff were very friendly.We cannot comment on the rooms but they looked nice from the outside.They have a small pool which wasn’t very deep ( about knee deep) more like a paddling pool

My wife and I stayed at The Reef Resort for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. The beach is in front of the resort with breath taking views.. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is a tough one to review. On the one hand, you have the prime location on one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand if not in the world. On the other hand, the resort itself is very average for the price. To quote the resort’s website, ”The Reef Resort in Koh Kradan Thailand is a corner of paradise and with 18 luxury beachfront and sea view rooms will allow you to enjoy the crystal emerald Andaman Sea and the lush tropical gardens.” I fully agree on the beauty of the paradise island, but the above seems a bit of an overstatement in terms of the actual accommodation. The rooms are clean but very simple. Basically just a bed (decent one), a fridge, AC and an outdoor bathroom. The decor is very minimalistic but that’s what we expected. The rooms do not really have much a view to speak of. They are tightly placed in a U-shaped building, giving you a distant feeling of staying in a tropical motel. To have any privacy, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time. The sea view is limited and indirect, blocked by the trees and the bar hut. What you mainly look at is a sunburnt yellow/brown lawn (at the least during the hot season) and the pool. The difference to some of the neighboring resorts with their well kept gardens is striking. It seems that the Reef has decided not to upkeep the garden, maybe to save resources. During our stay we did not see a gardener around. If this is their choice, I would rather suggest them to replace the lawn with sand as a continuation of the beach. I would also pay more attention to the overall appearance of the property. Eg. the building where they have table tennis and a small kiosk was really messy and unorganized. The breakfast was simple but adequate with white toast, sausage, bacon, pancakes, a couple of warm options plus some fruit (pineapple and watermelon). Eggs were prepared by order. I would suggest them to improve the way the breakfast is presented - it was not very very attractive with many food items served on foil. What was really annoying is that there were lots of flies all around during the breakfast hours. I know this is something normal in a tropical environment but at least they could try to manage the situation, eg by very regularly raking the sand on which the tables are placed. I never saw them raking the sand although this could help to mitigate the root problem by removing the eggs etc. We had most of our meals at their restaurant. The Thai food was decent but not spectacular. The prices were reasonable. Some of the waiters could practice showing a happier face with their customers. The beach is spectacular with a coral reef just in front. The resort has canoes, SUP boards and snorkeling equipment for their guests free of charge. The swing in the beach is also great. I also recommend waking up at 6am to see the sunrise, it’s really beautiful. It can get a bit busy later in the morning and around noon when day trippers arrive (this mainly affects the neighboring Seven Sea

Reef Resort is the kind of place you never want to leave. It's beautiful and relaxing with plenty of activities. Manager Genta is excellent at making sure your needs are met, in fact, she will anticipate your desires once she gets to know you. You leave Reef Resort feeling like you're part of a wonderful family. We allowed Genta to set up our transport from airport to resort. She had a driver waiting at the airport and a longboat ready to whisk us across the water, delivering us to the shore of the resort. It couldn't have been better.

Our party of four spent 6 lovely days on the beautiful island of Ko Kradan. We had the good pleasure of staying at the Reef Resort to mark the end to our trip to Thailand in February 2023. We thoroughly enjoyed the calmness of the place (it’s smaller than most other resorts we’ve stayed at), the easygoing atmosphere, and the uber-friendly staff catering to all your needs. There are plenty of options for thrill seekers (snorkeling, paddle boards, kayaking, cave swimming), but the place is equally suited for those preferring to relax by the sea with a good book. Our two kids, aged 8 and 10, loved everything about Reef Resort, as did the grown-ups. Tip: don’t miss out on a game of Taco with Genta, the proprietor. Without high expectation as this hotel is on the island, the first thing that struck me first as our boat was approaching the island was how the hotels on this island blend with the nature & landscape of the Koh Kradan island . The boat landed on the shore (not on a jetty) and we had to climbed down onto the shore. Staff of the hotels were waiting at the beach to bring in the bags. Walking into the hotel, the reception is right in the centre where the bar of Reef Resort is. That was how this great adventure began. The hotel manager, Genta a highly trained professional and customer centric manager made us feel like we just checked into a 5 star hotel. Of course, the aneminities are basic (it’s an island!) but everything was perfect- room is bright, spacious, clean. Kayaks, snorkelling gears are all for use free of charge. Electricity is available whole day (this is an exception as compared to the other more ‘luxurius’ looking hotels on Koh Kradan), fridge in the room, aircond (6pm-10 am), breakfasts served, all day drinks and food being served in the hotel restaurant which we dined on the sands looking at the amazing sea. Also, prices are so reasonable. The water in the sea is emerald colour and the corals reefs are about 100m off from the beach which you can snorkel towards it . Deck chairs and hammocks are available for whole day relaxation on the sand. This hotel on Koh Kradan is a Heaven on Earth for me. Will definitely come back

The manager Genziana super available, gave us different options on the island without pushing on selling her resort. They also have very good kitchen with Thai and some International dishes. We didn't make it to say goodbye to her, but we will return on Kradan.
