staff at this hotel is remarkable. Wifi connection is pretty bad.

The location is very nice right on the beach. One of the best snorkling is walking distance.

Room full of mosquitoes. No repellant gel or device. Noisy from adjoining rooms watching tv at 6am. Poor wooden doors with no isolation. No staff at night nor in the morning. Despite telling us they’re on call 24/7. No one is at the reception, no one answers the phone. The staff at breakfast act like it’s not their problem and they go back to playing their phone. This is the kind of staff and service you can expect staying here. Worth around 1-2k baht. Paid 4k+. It’s old and outdated. Every amenity is in the bathroom which is outside. Expect mosquito bites. And the curtains are transparent so your room will be bright as day at 6am. Issues were brought to the hotels attention without any action. Book at your own risk.

Beautiful island. Old expensive hotel.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were excellent, clean, and beautiful. But the staff there made the stay so pleasant!! They worked with us to make our stay great. From keeping the bar area open so we could play board games, to allowing us to stay a little later to snorkel- absolutely 5 star service. I was stung by a jellyfish during our stay, and staff brought me something to ease the sting immediately. While playing board games a staff member played us music through his own phone! Friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!!

The hotel is not far from the pier, about a five-minute walk. The room furnishings are relatively basic, and the shower and toilet are connected to the outdoors which means mosquitoes can come in at any time. There are only two large bath towels and they are not changed when the room is cleaned . Breakfast has less variety of food and there are always flies flying around. In fact, on a relatively remote island where the environment needs to be protected, the above shortcomings are understandable. However, the hotel's price of about 7,500 baht per night only provides simple accommodation and food, which is indeed low value for money.

They have enjoyed the stay with the services and the cleanliness of the hotel. All staff was helpful and ready to assist. We would recommend this place to others. Thank you so much!!

I had a very good stay ! When I first saw the reviews online, I was scared.. but finally the experience turned out to be quite positive. Good points: The swimming pool is the best in the island, quite instagramable and near the sea. I also loved the open showers in the room, quite a good feeling. The staff was friendly and did not overcharge for anything. Their restaurant was also delicious, with a nice set up for dinner. The location perfect, not too far from the pier. Some common areas need some maintainable, it is true, but nothing too bad ;)

Very nice location with a friendly service. There is an outdoor swimming pool with the beach view. The clean beach is just in front of the resort.

Отель находится в центральной части пляжа, немного в стороне от места стоянки туристических лодок, что очень хорошо. Территория отеля большая и ухоженная. Фотографии номеров полностью соответствуют реальности. Ресторан предлагает «шведский стол» на завтрак. За 1200-1500 бат можно вкусно поужинать вдвоём. Природа острова Крадан - восхитительна, но стоит больше времени уделять уборке мусора на диких пляжах острова.

Лежаков всего несколько и на всех не хватает, каяков всего 2 и за деньги для гостей отеля, все остальные отели на острове своим гостям бесплатно предоставляют и лежаков у них хватает. Вида из номера никакого, точнее на забор при этом стоит полно пустых бичфронт вилл, но никакого бесплатного апгрейд, только за 100 баксов в сутки и так то при высоких ничем неоправданных ценах. Завтраки очень скудные. Ресторан отеля самый дорогой на всем пляже. В обед к отелю причаливает много лодок выгружать туристов экскурсионнщиков на обед
