It was a clean and very basic room, and has a big open area with swimming pool face to sea, good staffs. I’ll choose to come back next time when I am here.

ห้องพักพอใช้ถึงแม้จะค่อนข้างเก่า รีสอร์ตแม้อยู่ไกลจากท่าเรือแต่ชดเชยด้วยการอยู่ติดกับทะเลและบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบ โดยรวมถือว่าเกินคุ้มกับราคาหลักร้อยบนสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในวันหยุดยาวแบบนี้

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles war sauber und gut. Lage auch voll in Ordnung. Würde ich wieder buchen.

位置很偏僻，房間有異味，衞生馬馬虎虎，周圍有幾個小飯店，離碼頭20分鐘，租酒店的摩託車一定要拍好照片

Super Preis einfache Zimmer schöne ruhige Anlage mit Pool

We booked for 2 nights but left after one! We arrived in Koh Chang on the last ferry, so didn't make it to the resort until 20:00, exhausted from a long days travelling. Our booking was for a Superior Air Conditioning Sea View room. We were taken to room 1 which had aircon and a lovely sea view but was not superior to anything, in any way! The door was split with gaps running almost from top to bottom, allowing easy access for any creepie crawlies or mosquitos. The walls and floor were in dire need of some paint. The bed was not uncomfortable but was almost on the floor and pushed up against the wall without a headboard (pics on website suggested otherwise). The room seemed clean enough, and we were really tired, so we decided to have a meal at the bar and wait until the morning before complaining about it. We started to realise that we had made a huge mistake by booking this place when we sat at the table and it was almost falling apart, rocking about on 4 very shaky legs. All tables were the same. The food was awful, worst Massaman Curry ever, almost white and tasted of nothing but coconut, not to mention the fact that my wife ordered Chicken Massaman but there wasn't a single piece of chicken in it. The Chicken Fried Rice was tasteless and the Penang Curry horrible. We got back to the room and found ants around our tooth brushes which we had only put in the bathroom an hour before. Not much we could do at this time of night so we sprayed ant killer and applied ant gel that we always carry, just in case. After a restless night we awoke to find thousands of ants everywhere, coming from a big hole under the bathroom sink and running all over the floor and walls throughout the apartment, all over our zipped up rucksacks and in the bed. We immediately packed our bags and booked somewhere else. When we went to the bar/reception to explain the problems and tell them we were leaving, the girl didn't seem surprised and just said ok. This resort advertises standard rooms too and I think that we might have been placed in one of these instead of the 'superior' that we booked. Either way, it was unacceptable. There did seem to be nicer rooms over the other side of the pool but I don't know what they were like inside. We don't expect luxury during our 3 month backpacking around Asia every year but this was amongst the very worst we have experienced. I assume the good reviews of this place are from people who stayed in better rooms, perhaps even in the rooms we thought we had booked?? This place could actually be pretty good if a little effort was made to spruce up the rooms and deal with the ants but it is far from good at the moment.

I love this place Beautiful location Great bungalow Fantastic staff It wasn't the first time we've stayed here and it won't be the last It's nice and quiet here so no problem sleeping at night,but if you want some nightlife lonely beach is only just over the hill Staff can also arrange excursions,boat trips etc and transport back to the mainland Stay here if you get the chance

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all so friendly and always carried a warm smile which was very contagious. Food was delicious and the pool was so nice, I love how it overlooks the beach. My favourite spot was the swing over the rocks, it was peaceful and I felt very welcomed by all the staff. Also, A very comfortable bed! I was so thrilled to have had a soft mattress that I could melt into! Loved our chats, you have great banter! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at your resort! Keep up the great work! I’ll be back again I’m sure of it.

I visited Elephant Bay Resort and found a great place. It was verry nice the pool was great the rooms where clean and the service was excellent. Especially the staff is great, the owner his wife and the groundsman Lek are extremely helpfull. Allways ready to help you if you have any questions. Extreamly good value for your money a must to stay. I can thank them all for the service during my stay. Paul from the Netherlands.
