Stayed for 2 nights, it was a comfortable stay. Well trained staff and helpful. Best part was the cafe by lakeside

A well maintained stay with all comforts in the midst of nature. The staff is very friendly & professional too! Food is tasty and they provide a decent spread! The resort also arranged a short walk in the coffee plantation and to river which is close-by which I believe is River Cauvery. Overall we enjoyed our stay & glad we chose this place.

It was an unexpected experience,the resort and surroundings were really good.A property with coffee plantation around and all the services were good.The staffs and service were really exceptional.December time had fog in morning which also added beauty to our trip.

Justin is a wonderful manager, loved interacting with him. Property is well built and maintained. Only problem that i had was the time of service. Other than that a perfect weekend getaway. thanks keep it up citrine team. Mr Devraj wel done in selecting a perfect team.

Went for a weekend getaway with friends and had an amazing time. The place is beautiful with amazing scenic views. They had really good and efficient staff who were very polite. The rooms were lovely and the food as well.Its a must visit place in coorg.

Excellent service. Safe for kids, Good kids zone , Justin Provided excellent services. Its already great keep it up.Retain your people. They make the place worth the superlative experience. eco friendly. Wonderful Stay / Kind and helping Staff.It is a nice place to relax right inside the town.Everyone in Restaurant was Awesome, Nothing much everything was good.

The place is awesome with nice location. The rooms are very beautiful with nice view. Staff is very nice. We came 3 families and later thought that one day is not enough to explore and enjoy this location. One can enjoy their privacy within this property as this is around 50 acres area.

I recently visited this resort and it was an unforgettable experience.From the moment we arrived we were treated with exceptional service and warm hospitality.Our suite was spacious, luxurious and clean with personal garden.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Kids enjoyed a lot with the different games.Dining experience was exceptional.Food here was soo delicious.I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious relaxing and peaceful place for the vacation. Last but not the least Thank uhh Devraj sir for staying with us…..uhh make us feel at home. Thank uh so much!!

We had a fantastic stay at the WindChimes Retreat, which has great ambiance and super spacious rooms. The entire property is well maintained, very neat and clean. All the staff members are extremely polite and professional, the property manager is Gem of a person, who goes beyond to make the experience of his customers truly memorable. This place has a lot to offer - including great food, scenic views, water stream, ponds, private gardens and plantation tours. We feel very satisfied with our choice of this place for the stay and had a very refreshing vacation, would definitely like to come back to this place again.
