This is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Fort Kochi. We stayed two nights, and the service was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and we could walk to any of the places we wanted to go, including some excellent restaurants nearby.

Quaint little hotel-bang in the middle of the happening street (so no parking-but free parking just a bit away)-cosy n clean rooms-simple breakfast of fruit, bread n eggs (no other food option inside hotel but plenty outside)-smooth checkin and checkout-small jacuzzi pool and overall antique feel-plwnty to walk around and enjoy by near the hotel-for local sea food try the roadside eateries nearby and the famed cafes too-also do explore water metro for a quick hop to the bustling ernalulam

Great location in Fort Kochi and very nice spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly. Pretty basic small hotel - no central sitting area in doors and the pool is a plunge pool only. Breakfast was average and no other food. A bit over priced but a good hotel

Lovely old school hotel , beautiful dark wooden floors and furniture. Small plunge pool which is very necessary in the heat of the town. Very central which is useful as they have no kitchen and no breakfast at the weekend. Comfortable bed and kind staff

Overall, our experience was great, and the customer service was truly commendable. The rooms were clean and hygienic, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the small decoration arranged for a birthday celebration, which was a lovely touch. Ms. Neelema coordinated everything exceptionally well, ensuring that our requests were met. We were very happy with our stay, and the positive vibes of the hotel added to our experience. I would highly recommend old courtyard hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

This is a quaint hotel in the middle of everything that kochi has to offer. All the restaurants, sites, and other attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The staff are very helpful and were extremely attentive to all our needs.

The standard room is way too expensive for what it is. It is a very tiny room and not at all good. The air conditioner had a bad smell. The swimming pool must be avoided at any cost. Our 3-year old son had a very bad reaction rashes on his legs due to the over chlorinated water. We had to go to a hospital and the recovery has been long and painful.

We stayed for two nights in a deluxe room on the first floor; the hotel is a lovely old colonial building with beautiful period furniture. The bed was very large and comfortable and we slept under mosquito nets - no bad thing as the window frames are original with gaps! The air con was good and there was a kettle with tea & coffee. It was good to come back after sightseeing and jump in the small plunge pool; the garden was small but had tables and chairs and was nice to sit in. The hotel is halfway down Princess Street which has plenty of cafes for breakfast; Trouvelle opposite which did a brilliant breakfast roll in a fabulous air-conditioned modern bakery. The cakes were to die for! Next to the hotel was a 4* hotel where we had a beer in their bar and also went to the Old Harbour hotel round the corner for dinner.
