The rooms were clean. I have stayed at lot of 4 star hotels, but found this room and service better. Will make sure i would stay here next time i am at kochi

terrible customer service(staff) i ever seen... 🤢 and locates in a remote are... no kettle, old bottle water,no propper working air conditioner, old towel ,please choose another option....

The property is good and it is maintained nicely but there is no kitchen in property so the breakfast comes from out side and it is not properly serviced. It is in plastic bag. No spoon, no bowl. How can someone eat breakfast

Poor service and facilities. They don't even provide tea/coffee power in the room. The hotel is not near the main road.

We suspected that there is a camera in the ac box, when we looked at the camera detector, it showed that there is a small electric device with a camera in it.

I was staying with my family at kira palace. The stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean, well maintained and the location was very peaceful and calm. Hotel staff were very nice and well behaved. I had to cut my trip short and leave earlier due to an unrelated personal matter. The staff (sushanth) was super cool and helpful with the cancellation and refund process. Inf-act he even called a day later to confirm if the cancellation had gone through. Over all very good experience. Will stay there again for my next trip.

Location not great. No inhouse restaurant. Room and washroom were excellent. Service good. Tea, coffee arrangement in room.

It was super. Good facilities. And cleaned room. Good service from tye staff. I didn't got this type of happiness before. Location is very calm.
