Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin.

Amazing location and hotel. Wonderful staff and service. Guest relations is top notch. Food and chef and restaurant staff were great. Would definitely recommend joining at the rice boat restaurant. I would definetly recommend this place. It’s iconic location. Build on a *** made island. Sit and enjoy the ships go bye.

High level of service experienced at the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would suggest asking for a front corner room to get more views across the waters. The swimming pool is ideal for actually swimming with an infinity end where you can watch all manor of ship and boat go by and dolphins most ,mornings around 10am. Great service received from Chef Anoop and Jomon, waiter. We also had an informative conversation with Jasmine, reception and Jenifer the Taj rep for Cochin. The gentleman with the catapult keeping the hungry birds away from us was obviously good with visitors and the kids. He ran after me to the lift when I forgot my shirt on the back of a chair. My only feedback for the hotel would be to improve the heating system for the buffet. I found several dishes not as heated as I would want or expect. Also, the cabinet for heated plates was either not working or not turned on early enough. Food was excellent. Finally ensure people at3 told what is complimentary in the room and what is not. We were told everything outside the fridge was complementary but I got a significant bill for some crisps and nuts which annoyed me after I spotted it on the other side of my bill. Overall an excellent 3 nights.

Loved our stay at Taj Malabar in Kochi. Hotel is located at end of Wellington Island, which gives one a wonderful view of the river and other islands. The staff was courteous with careful attention to every small detail, which is the hallmark of Taj hotels. It was nice to see that the hotel arranged for high tea followed by a boat ride for guests, they even agreed for a slightly late check out as our flight was later that day. Overall we had a great time during our stay for 2 nights, will certainly plan our next visit here soon.

I went to the prowrty with my family for a quick weekend getaway. Great ambience with awesome stay in the smoothening river side. Had a wonderful. Staffs were very helpful. Food was good. Swimming pool and spa were really good. Waiting to come back.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Amazing property with sea view rooms. 1 hr cruise is amazing where we know about Cochin. Elizabeth who is the cruise captain and also customer relationship manager is very helpful. Jasmine from FO helped us get a room of choice which made ohr stay great. Uday from the restaurant helped us in choosing delicacies. Great staff. Great service. Pool and Spa location is also very beautiful. We will definitely want to come back. Wah Taj !!
