Popular hotel amid foreigners. Normal rooms. Could not say anything bad. Good standard for hostel.

I searched for zostel in kochi and this zostel turned out to be too good. The cafe, the rooms, vibes, the cats, etc are such a vibe

The zostel which i stated is ok, but compared to many zostels this fort kochi did not reach my expectations. This is not having any exhaust from the room but ac is provided. And the room is also little bit claustrophobic.

Location is really off place. Not the worth price. Average quality rooms and bed. No cafe. Bathroom was not so clean

Had requested early check in a day earlier but room wasn't ready, washroom not inside the room, had to go upstairs. Premises were neat and clean

The property is some what good, but the restrooms are not clean and the place so unclean. Doesn’t looked like a zostel property.

My recent stay at Zostel Fort Kochi was a complete disaster from start to finish. The room I was given looked nothing like the pictures online; it was dingy, smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable and seemed like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The bathrooms were in terrible condition—dirty floors, moldy shower curtains, and the water pressure was so low that taking a shower was almost impossible. The staff seemed indifferent to these issues when I complained, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Overall, my experience at Zostel Kochi was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodation in Fort Kochi.

Dirty, noisy, filled with cigarette smoke, mosquito infested. The hostel is nothing it looks like in pictures. It's in the middle of a cramped narrow lane surrounded by houses from all side at very close range. There's no hygiene discipline at the hotel. Staff are either sleeping or smoking with guests right next to reception. Rooms and bathrooms are not kept clean and for long times dirt lingers around. Unless you are a smoker or love noise even late at the night you won't be able to enjoy the common spaces anyway. I have seen many Zostels and they are not the best really but this one was the worst among other Zostels I have been to. I do not recommend this place. Even location is not good. And no there are no views as such.
