Best stay n all the places are nearby, anil was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean.

The room was good and the check-in experience was also good. But there were no water bottles in the room or any hangers for dresses. They don't have proper kitchen facilities as well.

Good ambience, service and rooms are good. Prefer to stay family and group. Near to fortkochi beach.

It was really nice. Room was clean. But toilet was little leaky. The staff was good. And helpful.

The host mr. Anil kumar was really rude to us. He treated foreigners in a different manner and us in a different way. The bedsheets and the bathroom weren't clean. As they mentioned in the amenities wifi wasn't available to our area and mineral water and glasses were also not provided. The main door of our room had a small hole in it.

It's really good place to stay in fort kochi, spencer home stay around many places are available for visiting, and fort kochi beach is a 300 meter like a walking distance. It's a great home stay and budget family

The homestay is clean and has a traditional kerala house vibe. The staff is cordial and warm. The verandah sitting area is peaceful especially in early morning. They also have amazing music sessions.
