One word: ancient. This hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4-star, maybe it was in the 80s. The room, bathtub, furniture, and facilities all feel outdated and tired. It’s not terrible, but definitely not worth the price they’re charging per night. There’s no real air-conditioning in the rooms, just a ventilation system with a dial you can turn up or down, but it doesn’t do much. When it's hot, it's hot. You also can't open the windows, so the air can get stuffy fast. Some areas of the hotel really suffer from poor ventilation. The hallways smelled a bit off, and the elevator lobbies can be unbearably hot, especially the one on the ground floor. The fitness center was also hot and humid, making it uncomfortable to use. They advertise an indoor pool and sauna, but what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay extra to use them, and it’s not cheap. We're talking almost five times the price of a visit to your average public pool. That felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch. That said, the location is excellent. It's located right next to Shin-Kobe Station and only a 10-minute walk to Sannomiya Station. The staff were friendly and professional, which helped soften the experience a little. Overall, I had a better stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza in Hiroshima. This hotel wasn’t awful, but for the price (55,483 JPY for 2 people and 3 nights), it's quite disappointing.

The hotel is quite old but the room is bigger than most of average hotels in Japan.

room wasn't that bad, I love the view from your window but the hallways smelled funky. some parts of the hotel might need more air conditioning.

Great location and a great stay. The room was very clean. The view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staffs were helpful.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

チェクイン開始早々に行った為15分程並んで待ちましたがその間にオレンジジュースを配っていただきました。チェックイン手続きしたもののお部屋の確認に時間が掛かりそこでも10分程待たされました。 老舗ならではの落ち着いたホスピタリティを感じられて安心して滞在出来ました。 滞在中にハウスキーピングの方に遭遇しなかったのはすごいなと思いました。朝の騒音も無し。 2泊の滞在中宿泊フロアでは誰にも会わずに済みました。 お部屋は綺麗で快適でした。 ベッドもダブルサイズで寝心地がよく安眠出来ました。ベッドヘッドにコンセントも多く使いやすかったです。 景色は壁が邪魔で夜景を楽しめる眺めではありませんでしたが、ロープウェイの待ちを確認出来きます。 階下のコトノハモールにスーパーが入っていました。23時ぐらいまでやっていたと思います。 異人館巡りにも歩いていくにはちょうど良い場所です。 地下鉄の駅も近く新神戸駅とも直結なので電車利用の方も便利だと思います。 私は飛行機利用だったので行きはポートライナー地下鉄乗り継ぎ、帰りは新神戸駅からのバスを利用しました。 観光に便利かと言われたら正直利便性が高い方ではありませんが、インバウンドのガチャガチャした雰囲気を避けたい新幹線利用者には最適だと思います。 ロビーのレモングラスのような香りに癒されました。

場所はとても良いです。新幹線降りて迷うこともないし。翌日の仕事で使うレンタカーも直結だし。一番奥の部屋だったので静かな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 ただ、駐車場の割引が受けられず、一晩で￥2500ほどというのはちょっと高いかな。 部屋からマリンタワーと洋館が見えたのはプラスポイントです。もう少し近くに居酒屋とかラーメン屋とかが多いと嬉しいです。

非常超值的酒店，可以從地鐵新神户站直接上四樓到酒店大堂，也可以從三宮站一直走過來，走路十多分鐘就到了。前台工作人員都非常熱情，也都基本會英語，畢竟是大城市，不像上次去鹿兒島，當地最大的五星級酒店前台居然沒有人會英語😂酒店隔壁就是布引香草園，強烈推薦，纜車上山，步行下山，下山景色非常漂亮，房間可以看到纜車，再旁邊一條路就是北野異人館。酒店房間挺大，完全不擠，當然有點舊了，不過每天都打掃得很乾凈。特別讚的是早餐，品種雖然不多，但是品質都超讚，有現做的手握壽司，有四種口味，特別推薦No4，超好吃超好吃超好吃。水果也很好吃。總之，來神户強烈推薦這家酒店，性價比太高了。
