Location of the accommodation is near the beach, you could just grab a towel from the reception and head out to enjoy the sunshine and waters. Room was okay, not too spacious but with a balcony and basic amenities.

This hotel is not too far from Pattaya beach, but Google maps will let you down - it says there is no connection. Walk out past the front desk, turn left, and walk to the beach. Fairly convenient, although a bit far from the walking street. There does not seem to be anything near the hotel.  I enjoyed my stay here because the room was neat and newly decorated. The staff seemed nice, although I did not stop for any meals. On the day of my departure, I walked to the ferry boat launch. 

The place is a little bit out of the way, but since the island is quite small, it's really not a big deal! The room was nice enough.

The hotel is near to the beach. When walking along the alley to the beach, there was a bad smell in the alley and the road was wet.location is close about 10min to walking street.

We have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!

Nice place, clean, A/c efficient and silent, good breakfast and very quiet. Great service, amazing staff. Thanks Breeze see you soon

It’s a very pleasant and relaxing trip especially with a warm service from the hotel, thank you for the service!

Sheets not very nice, bed very hard, no interaction from young reception staff as we're glued to their phones. Definitely not worth the money we paid, should be half the price. I would not return

Misleading Photos A Huge Disappointment I recently stayed at this resort, and I must say, the experience was extremely underwhelming.I have no idea how they have the review , maybe is good before . I burn my stay the second day book other hotel . I have travel to Lipe many time even staying in hostel before, this is not what I expected. The resort looked pristine and clean in the images online, but upon arrival, it was a different story. The rooms were smell old and the overall facilities were not well-maintained. If you’re expecting what you see in the photos, prepare to be disappointed. It’s clear that the images were either heavily edited. -toilet water-tap is liking meaning house keeping never do proper cleaning that why they don’t know . Walking back to the hotel was pure torture the smell of garbage along the way was unbearable, I think they can’t do anything with this . If they provide drop off service to the beach you can skip to walk it would be better.

A  perfect place to stay. 2 minutes walk to Pattaya beach. Hotel provide free shuttle from hotel to the immigration. A nice hideaway in the garden. Quite from the busy walking street which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel via beach.

The hotel is close to the beach. But, when u walk away to the beach, the road is some bad smelly and very wet.

Nice small hotel. Good location. Walking distance from immigration office and the main beach of the island. Staff is very friendly, helped us a lot with luggage. Breakfast is freshly cooked every morning individually for every guest.
