I am a Thai family and visit here every year to check on my landlord. Since the first year of this hotel, they have had many complimentary services, such as afternoon tea and kindly services, and also breakfast with full service. But this time many things are reduced, starting with service from booking; it is not convenient and not a good operation for customers, such as manners from the manager with whom I deal with them; low service from breakfast; and staff not being as kindly as usual on high prices with high expectations from customers. It only has 1 star total on my site.
