The hotel staffs offer great service. They provide luggage pick-up and drop-off service between the jetty and our room. Hotel is at the right most end of the Pattaya beach after getting off from the jetty, which is about a quick 5minutes walk. Near to the walking street which is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and massage shops. However, the floor of the room is very sticky, aircond takes a long time to bring down the temperature too. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great hotel, quick check-in with very helpful staff. Our stay to celebrate husband’s birthday, thank you very much to have nice set up in the room for us. Breakfast continental are decent with sea view. Look forward to returning again.

Fabulous place to stay. You will be received by the hotel staffs upon you arrival at the drop off point and they will take you to hotel by buggy. 5mins walking to the Walking Street and other beach side restaurants. Beach is so beautiful. Breakfast was not so great, maybe not our taste, wouldnt blame the hotel. However, it can be served hot rather was cold.

Initially, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere as I stepped into the villa. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Although I had booked a sea view room for my first time, I realized that the sea was not directly in front of my room as expected. Nonetheless, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea, so it was acceptable. Regarding the room facilities, I found that the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling despite setting it to the lowest temperature. Given the extreme heat in Koh Lipe, I had anticipated a cooler room environment. Another aspect to mention is that the villa provided only two small bottles of water per room. When I requested additional bottles at the front desk, I was surprised to learn that they were available at their mart and i could actually purchase on my own. I also observed that the pathways outside the villa were somewhat hazardous, especially since the area is still under development. I wouldn't recommend walking through these areas due to the lack of lighting and uneven road conditions, with puddles of water present. As for breakfast, there weren't many options available, and the staff seemed somewhat inattentive. Considering the room charges per night, I had expected a higher level of service. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay overall.

Resort is beautiful , location is great ,breakfast buffet is average very less options for dessert .

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It has excellent service, beautiful territory, and a tasty breakfast. Drawbacks: The road to the walking street goes through the warehouses, so it's better to go here through the beach. Mattresses and pillows are okay, but I expect them to be newer for such a price. I would stay here again if I came to Ko Lipe next time. It's a great resort for its price.

We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.

We extended our stay from one night up to 8 nights since the place in our view is the best on the island. Great location, staff, service, rooms and a fantastic pool area. The only minus points is the small gym and the restaurant because although the breakfast was good the restaurant was not the best option for lunch or dinner. Overall a fantastic stay.

I love the hotel as it is exactly at the Bundhaya Ferry and immigration office. Very convenience to check in the ferry. They have private beach which is great. Breakfast was ok and hope they could provide halal food.

Beautiful resort on a beautiful beach! Breakfast was great and the restaurant had amazing food! Close to the Lipe walking street! Can’t wait to stay here again!
