Worst place that I have stayed in Thailand for past few years. Beds are hard as f@ck, mold on the wall and stench from toilet. Sea? Don’t joke full of boats tha you want even swim in the sea. No place on the beach to laid down. For price they are asking you can get better options for you stay Ps. Internet is not working for most of the time and there is problem with reception. Tv? There is in the room but there is no option to watch anything.

Room full of mould! It was hard to breath in it. We booked 3 nights (pre paid) We did a complaint about the mould and the staff covered up the mould with paint…. We asked for antoher room but no rooms available. Then we asked for a refund but they would NOT give us anything back. The staff told us that many of their rooms has mould because of damages on the roof. The room was to unhealthy to stay in, so we waived goodbye to our money and booked Castaway (same price) but a thousand times better.

Terrible standards ,dirty old room different to the one was booked online . Huge gaps in main door a lot of mosquitos inside . Definietly not recomending ! We had to leave earlier because of the bad standards …

I was hesitating to book this place initially bec of the mix reviews but honestly after walking all around Koh Lipe, I feel that this was the best place / best location to stay! You are just steps away into the clear blue ocean (all room types have this privilege!) and with no boats blocking your view which is just fantastic! Staffs are nice and welcoming (I think this is a family business). Room was comfortable and beds were huge but cleanliness can be improved as I did find some brown stains on the bed sheet. The shower water pressure was also not strong. Nevertheless, for this price point and location, I would gladly return!

Very affordable price for what you get, nice location close to the beach and the walking street. The staff was so kind and always willing to help with a smile on their face. The bed was a little hard but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here.

Hemos estado alojados 4 noches y no hemos recibido limpieza. A la salida nos han querido cobrar 20€ por unas manchas en las toallas,(hemos logrado eliminar algunas manchas sin detergente )pero aún así nos querían cobrar 20€. Nos negamos y nos retuvieron 3 personas en la salida del hotel que no nos dejaban salir si no pagábamos. Finalmente bajaron el precio y accedimos a pagar 14€ porque no nos dejaban salir del hotel. Estamos en una zona de playa, es normal que hayan manchas de la arena o la crema solar.. estamos bastante sorprendidos. La habitación es pobre no corresponde con lo pagado, huele a aguas fecales y está llena de mosquitos. El desayuno no vale la pena, los huevos los dejan crudos y el zumo asqueroso. El colchón de la cama es una piedra y la almohada es muy alta. La ubicación es buena al lado de la playa mas sucia de Koh lipe.

Hôtel idéalement situé, sur la plage et proche de Walking Street. Personnel très sympathique et réactif (un problème de Clim qui a été réparé assez rapidement). Les photos sont très semblables à la réalité, hôtel en longueur donc super accès plage. Chambre grande, fonctionnelle et propre. Petit-déjeuner inclus, simple mais copieux avec buffet en plus du plat commandé. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour la haute saison sur Koh Lipe !!

Bungalow piccolo e scomodo. Bagno maleodorante, trovati un paio di grossi scarafaggi. Inoltre era caldissimo, ma per accendere il climatizzatore bisognava essere all'interno della stanza. Colazione molto scarsa. Ottima la posizione sulla sunrise beach e gentilissimo lo staff

Camere spacciate per king superio piene di ragnatele e muffa da rendere invivibile la permanenza. Siamo dovuti andare via dalla disperazione senza ricevere neanche un rimborso. L unica nota positiva sono state le due ragazze alla reception molto disponibili che hanno cercato di intermediare tra noi e il boss senza successo. Sconsiglio a tutti questo hotel le foto sono un inganno
