A hotel that is not up to par. The women's team clearly needs a man's hand. Among the advantages I will note: + great location just minutes from Phra Ae beach + good, albeit monotonous breakfasts. There are more disadvantages, here are those that relate to the bungalow: - dirty curtains - no hot water in the sink - the sink itself is not in the bathroom, but in the kitchenette, there are a lot of ants around - the operation of the refrigerator is not regulated, it freezes all products - housekeeping is poor, you have to beg for towels. And also be prepared that when you check in, the room you booked and prepaid may be occupied. Of course, you will not stay on the street, but you will spend a couple of nights in a cheaper room.

В первые два дня нас поселили в соседний отель Dusit, так как в отеле не было мест. Преимущество отеля Dusit - он новый и там работал большой телевизор со смарт ТВ. В Peaceful мы прожили 13 дней, отдыхом остались довольны. Из недостатков - не регулярно убирались - только по запросу, вешалка полотенца в душе сломана. Персонал приветливый, приливы и отливы не сильно выражены, пляж хороший, в первую половину дня есть тень. Номер Делюкс с видом на бассейн не 40 квадратных метров, как было указано в нашем бронировании, а всего 26 квадратных метров вместе с ванной комнатой.

La chica de recepción muy amable. El desayuno no es buffet pero si muy correcto. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Muy limpia aunque no pasan cada dia a limpiar, pasaron el tercer dia de estancia porque se lo pedimos. Todo el personal muy servicial y amable. Lo Recomendamos!

On first appearance the hotel seemed quite nice, unfortunately that is where it ended. Our room was OK, the shower was absolutely useless, no pressure at all. No shower gel, just a tiny bar of soap, not the cleanest place I have stayed in. The pool area is in need of revamping, looks very scruffy, did not use it. The walk to the beach (not the hotels responsibility) was not nice, as a curtesy the hotel should smarten it up. Don’t pay for breakfast, it is not worth the money, cold hard fried eggs. Staff friendly enough but hotel overpriced.Askes for an extra pillow, see photo 🤮

Very bad hotel. When we arrive at the hotel we red motorbike from the same hotel they bring us Very old motorbike. We are two couples and we red two motorbikes the first motorbike The second day broken the tire. The next day broken the tire from the other motorbike we fix it that On the store with a bike. When we come back at the hotel in the night the motorbike is okay. The morning when we are ready for leave . The lady there she’s screaming and see say you have to pay for the tire bike. From one more time the motorbike is out of ear. I think they do buy them self only for the money.the threat as They wall call the police. End She’s keep our luggage . Go away from this hotel. The lady theirshe is very rude. They want to steal your money. The rooms and the bathroom is very bad very dirty.

Dirty room, rude lady at the reception. They gave us different room that this one we had booked. The bathroom was dirty and full of water, we could not use it and the staff did not do anything to repair it. It s very noisy. During the night we could not sleep because of the loud music nearby.

I stayed at the Peaceful Resort for 2 nights. The service was kind, helpful and high quality. Room was very clean, well maintained. I stayed in two different rooms, one up a fight of stairs, the other on ground level by the pool. It was a beautiful and tranquil stay on the Long beach strip of Ko Lanta, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants and shops. I will definitely return to stay at this location and I highly recommend travellers to consider their stay here as well. It was just that, peaceful. Thank you, thank you!

Firstly I need to mention the wonderful staff in reception and breakfast as they were friendly and helpful during our visit. We stayed in the large building and had a room with 2 large beds, shower and a shared balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel grounds are pretty, the pool is a decent size and very clean and it is only a short walk to long beach. There are also bungalows available on the property. The hotel offers a good laundry service which is inexpensive and they also organise travel for you. The breakfast was made to order and there were several choices including cereals, eggs fried, omelettes, pancakes, toast and fruit. I have read the other reviews so it may be that we were unlucky with our room as the first day we found the shower tiles to be dirty with brown marks which I cleaned myself and the bed was not made properly. The air conditioner did not perform well and as soon as you left the room it went off as you only have one key. The toilet did not flush well and the shower head would not stay on the wall but the water was warm enough. The maids clean and provide towels every two days but this was not a problem as they left water and toilet rolls outside the door. There was only one shampoo sachet and a very small soap provided but there are nearby minimarts to buy shower gels etc..The pool area had about 16 beds and 3 bean bags which was not sufficient at times because the hotel was full. The pool is also shared with the Tamarind Hotel behind. The picture of the pool area shows sunshade umbrellas but there were none at all so from midday you were in full sun. However the price we paid was good for what we received and we did enjoy our stay apart from the small issues mentioned.
