Hotel are located in the middle of the city, room service was good, staffs was friendly, clean room, will come back

Located in the heart of the city, very easy to get around. Rooms are a bit small.

Beside the main road, many restaurant nearby. The room is big enough for 4 pax(2 queen bed).

Good stay

There are many big ants in the room. Not sure where they are coming from but you can’t get rid of them at all, they just keep coming back. And can get quite noisy because you are in the city area.

The worst experience ever in Indonesia.. I accidentally booked twice for the same day in different apps and they refuse to offer me a refund or give me the room for another day.. Yeah my mistake I didn't check the dates but comeon are they robots to not honor the booking for the next day even though I paid twice? ***

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Centrally located in Malang City. Having no maximum occupants and the 2 quen sized beds can atleast sleep 4😅👍. Complimentary 2 50K vouchers to the lvl 7 restaurant during our stay (Non Halal for Muslim) The only cons is no fridge in the room

Plesantly surprised by this hotel. Location is perfect with lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance. Room is big with 2 queen beds, perfect for the family. City view is nice, and the balcony is a plus point. The only setback is that the pipe for the toilet bowl leaks and there is a constant pool of water there, which could also be slippery and is dangerous. Maintenance could be improved.

I’am DISAPPOINTED with Grand Citihub Hotel!!! Day 1 : No bath mat and heater in room, beside that they give me room with connecting door but room beside me very noisy I called receptionist asked to changed the room but they were not allowed me to move and say all the rooms are the same with connecting room. Furthermore in the evening I went to Pork and Barell restaurant the waitress approached me and asked me to join to other table that’s very rude!! Day 2 : Due to there is an event so the road closed then I asked the front office but the front office didn’t give shout at me never give and solution just said “Jalanan di tutup ga mungkin sampe Gak bisa lewat” Water heater not working at all from the first day I came I did say to the receptionist but they don’t care at all. NOTE: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
