The hotel is located in Old town center. Parking close to hotel. Reception service is excellent - friendly and ready to help. Cozy and clean room. All hotel as an old fashioned style with modern equipments. Personal breakfast by menu chosen in advance. Wonderful SPA and sauna procedures.

The rating is based solely on the breakfast as it was outstanding. However, they made an error in setting up our transportation from the airport in Pelanga. I reconfirmed twice that our flight arrived around noon (using 24 hour time) and it was misinterpreted as arriving at midnight. I wasn't billed for it and finding a Bolt taxi was easy so no harm there. However, and this is just a personal observation, I felt we were more tolerated as a couple versus warmly welcomed. I say this as I read other comments where guests mentioned being offered a glass of Prosecco at check in. I saw some cases during our stay when passing by the check in desk. That's not a big issue, just an observation. After the staff apologized for the mistake on the airport transfer, we were handed our keys and advised the room would be ready in 20 minutes. We were offered to wait in the bar/terrace area, which we did. But no one came to us to say the room was ready. We had to take it upon ourselves to go to the room. It was a lovely room but, as mentioned in other reviews, we could hear a lot of sounds in the hall. But the breakfast and location were ideal and made our stay worthwhile.

Located at the Harbour but still in walking distance from the main sightseeing spots of klaipeda Don’t miss out the breakfast with a variety of on the spot homemade dishes in a very calm and relaxing setting. Rooms are not big, but very well equipped I.e. bathroom with rain shower. We were there when it was really hot, almost 30 degrees Celsius but aircondition perfectly cooled down room for a good sleep

Nice hotel, quiet location, large room. Decent breakfast. Two problems. Air conditioning was terrible. Lucky for me is that it was cool the first 2 nights so I was able to open the window to let in cool air. I was told that other guests have complained about it in the past. So what if anything is management doing about this? We haven’t hit the warm summer yet. Also in my room there are some hazards. There are some low beams which if one was not careful, they could hit their head. Also at the door, there is a slight ramp which could cause a tripping problem as could the door stop. These are by the closet. So be careful

Liked · This is an amazing rebuild of a warehouse with great attention to the architectural detail. Lovely to look at. Rooms had no temperature control but was always at a nice temperature, without noise or draught. Bathroom had a window!! Excellent lighting too. Fridge and coffee machine - no kettle or iron Breakfast is ordered the night before and is served. Variety is OK but after 3 nights, a bit limited. Very quiet rooms too . Disliked · Parking is an issue. The receptionist was unable to explain it properly. They have a marked area outside where you can park for €10 a day. However it is both small and used by staff and conference guests so we had no chance. In the street, there are spaces but you have to pay in cash so be prepared with lots of coins! Expensive for Lithuania.

Warm welcome, beautiful hotel. Luxury interior. Privat parking. Fine dining end fantastic breakfast. One of the best locations in the city at very short walking distance of the bars, pubs, restaurant and the old town. Located at the waterfront.
