半夜敲門，不知道什麼原因！嚇得下半夜無眠。投訴無門，也不道歉！反誣我觸碰酒店的報警裝置，強詞奪理，真的無語！遊遍全球，僅此一例。發誓永遠不住宜必思酒店！

Good and central location. Hotel has an underground parkade but at an additional cost per day. Staff at the reception seemed to be stressed and was slightly impatient to check me in. At that time, the water in Klagenfurt was contaminated, so that the only way to get water is to boil it by oneself or to buy some in a grocery store (most still water had been sold out already at that time). The hotel didn't offer water whenever needed but to my understanding, only a certain amount which wasn't enough to go by. I would've wished the hotel would've handled this differently by offering a more forthcoming solution to their guests. Hotel itself was clean and modern and so was the room. If you wish to get the room cleaned, reception would need to get notified the day before. Otherwise, the room won't get cleaned. Overall, I missed a bit the costumer-centricity and an above-average hospitality experience, although the rest was quite ok.

This did everything we needed it to. It was a good size room and comfortable, while modern. The hotel was right in the centre with everything a short walk away. It says that parking is 15 euros but you can park for free on the road literally opposite the hotel. I’d stay here again if I was passing.

Perfect for a stopover driving between Austria and Italy. The location is extremely convenient for driving - easy access from the motorway and just a stone’s throw from the centre of the old town so you can walk to cafes, shops and restaurants in a few minutes. We very much appreciated the underground garage (additional cost €15) with direct access to the hotel. The hotel was in immaculate condition and looked brand new. Everything was completely spotless. Shoutout for the fantastic huge walk-in rain shower!

We stayed short notice for one night a d were very positive surprised by the very friendly check-in, the clean cosy room with modern features, but the best was the breakfast with a very sumptuous selection including a pancake machine, great selection of bread and cold cuts and nice fresh eggs. Great value overall!

This hotel is much too expansive for what they offer. The cleaning, etc is done only at your special request untill 9,00 at the front desk.I stayed 10 days - no serious cleaning, no new towels, no new bed sheets,not enough toilet paper, soap , no garbage taken away. Because of that the seawing system is not functioning in the proper way.Many tourist put the garbage in front of their doors.The breakfast too expansive for what they offer. It is the first Ibis Hotel which disappointed me.
