PROS -10/10 for food! they have a huge variety of dishes/fresh dishes to choose from, including multiple cafes around the hotel when the main restaurant isn’t open. - The animation team is very friendly, the activities and shows are very good. We would like to thank Hakan Çağlar and Ms. Helin and Nurettine. miniklub activities are very good, evening minidisco is great. women's complex activities are superb. - HUGE SHOUTOUT to our room cleaner Ayse Valor, as she went above and beyond ensuring our room was left clean and would create the most beautiful towel designs on our bed! - fantastic evening entertainment! our daughter always looked forward to this!! - strict Modest wear around the main family pool. -Spacious Room size (deluxe room) -fantastic spa facilities CONS -SMOKING AROUND THE MAIN FAMILY POOL AND WOMENS POOL WAS A HUGE PUT OFF! - LACK OF ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF MEMBERS. This become extremely frustrating when asking for something basic. - OVERCROWDED HOTEL. way too many people in the hotel and so the main restaurant was always chaotic. -NO IRON IN DELUXE ROOM. - VERY NOISY AT NIGHT. If you are expecting a quiet night in, this is not the place as the walls are paper thin and the music is blaring till midnight. -HARD BED

This is second time we have chosen Selge Beach Hotel and Spa for our holiday. Unfortunately, for our 2024 Summer Trip, we have had awful customer service. Our one year old went swimming and after a few days started to develop a rash on her eye, we took her to the DRs which wasn’t cheap and he quickly diagnosed her with an allergy without any correct examinations. On our last day she developed a very high fever and a rash across her entire body. When we arrived back to the UK our DR immediately told us that she has Hot tub folliculitis an illness which is developed by using a dirty swimming pool and it takes 5/6 days to develop. Our stay was for 6 days. We sent evidence of our daughter’s rash and merely asking for an apology that the swimming pool lacked basic Hygiene. We were rather shocked when we received a message back that we didn’t keep our daughter clean that is why she developed a rash. It’s been a month, the matter has not been resolved and a basic apology has not been sent. Disgusting customer service. We have asked to speak to the manger a number of times and the answer is always in the negative.

We arrived at the hotel at 4.30 in the morning and it looked really nice... even though we are in our 60's they put us on the top floor and there was no lift. the room was very basic and should have had a fridge an working tv the tv did not work we had to request a fridge and on the third time of asking we eventually got one which was in a disgusting state and had to be disinfected before we could use it. the food was cold and repetitive with very little choice we also had to pay extra if you wanted tea or coffee or even water with our evening meal. The hotel was nowhere near a beach and there was no entertainment except for background music which was also repetitive the staff however were very nice and polite and went the extra mile to help if required.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy ....
