The room is spacious and the staff are very friendly! Will 100% be coming back. My only mistake was not bringing my family and friends with me, as they have seen many pictures and videos and are dying to come over! The food is amazing and the beach is to die for!

In relation to the fact that I expected a delicious 5-star resort, I was quite disappointed. It's just a hotel, with a nice beach. But the food that you could get on the "terrace" close to the beach (which you are not allowed to take to the beach) was not worth 5 stars. The indoor pool is not used by any guests and to get there you must first say no 20 times to massage and hamam as you are forced through the spa. Mini disco is a joke, and the entertainment is lacking. If you order cocktails from the menu in the lobby bar, the bartenders will be a little offended. They would rather serve beer and simple drinks. The food in the restaurant was fine, however, there is NO thought AT ALL that there should be something for children. They advertise freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, but I don't believe it's fresh, it tasted really bad. The rooms were nice enough but incredibly small. Their gözleme was delicious. Their ice cream, which is only from 1pm to 4pm, was a joke. All in all, the hotel was fine if you had booked an ordinary hotel and did not expect 5-star luxury.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff. Very clean hotel with huge variety of food . The F&B manager was extremely friendly. We had a pleasant stay and I would absolutely recommend this place to choose. Many facilities to choose from and one the best thing is that the sea is super close. We would love to come back soon.

I'll start with Antalya airport which is approximately 1.5 hours away from the hotel and a rather expensive airport if you need to buy anything I would recommend you hold on till you get outside or get to the hotel. The hotel is located in Manavgat and slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city/towns however has local Bazaar where you can purchase most things. The taxi service from outside the hotel is quite expensive if you haven't already pre booked excursion/ day outing online in advance! The hotel didn't really stand out from outside when we arrived and looked like a rather standard hotel with basic security and entrance gate. We were greeted by reception staff and butlers who helped us with luggage, the check-in experience was rather swift and informative. We were taken to our room on the 2nd floor in the corner (recommended for less noise) and we were amazed by the cleanliness and modern style. We opted for a 2 room family suite which was more than enough to accommodate 2 children and 2 adults. All facilities were provided, the bathroom and balcony (which was facing the back of hotel with sea view) was very modern and up to date. Looked like the hotel and rooms went through some renovations in the recent years which was very good. The beds are good sized, comfortable, clean and daily serviced if you wish to have it done. There is free wifi in the hotel for all guests however very very slow! The option was to purchase wifi which was very fast for the days required. Here comes my issue, when I enquired about the private wifi the reception staff sold it to me saying it would connect in my room and in the hotel. After purchasing a wifi connection for 7 days I realized it only worked around the hotel and not in the room. When I enquired the next morning about the connection issue the guy at the reception with tattoos on his right arm argued that there was nothing he can do as there were so many people using the network. He then went on saying that the issue was with my devices (4 new devices checked) and that they didn't work correctly! The whole reason for purchasing the private wifi connection was to have connection in the room so my 2 kids can be kept busy at the end of the day and we can do our general admin work when in the room. This wasn't the case as the guy fobbed us off by saying he will inform the maintenance team which we didn't hear from for the duration of our stay. That was an uneasy situation I had to deal with, which was unexpected from the 5 star hotel staff. Although the cost of wifi was 7 euros and not very expensive, for a 5 start hotel I would have thought this would be included as standard these days! We received some excursion information to our room on the first day, the next morning the rep from that company went out of his way to wake us up by calling to say he was downstairs and I should come down to meet with him! Hi. The hotel is ok, quite nice and clean. During the night the electricity stoped every single night and then the AC started on minimum. The food is not great and if you don't go when they open you can't find food just salads. The quest relation lady is very rude, doesn't give you any informations, horrible. Also some of the barman's very poor experience. At meal time very very poor service from waitresses, short staff. Unfortunately I don't recommend this hotel.
