Sunmelia Beach Resort Hotel & Spa-All Inclusive

The hotel is older, but overall clean and well-preserved. We got the hotel room cleaned. Unfortunately, it wasn't swept or mopped for the whole week. The trash was taken out daily, as was the minibar. After two days of complaints, we finally received the correct number of towels per room (one day we received three towels for 4 people, the next day only two). The menu is quite wide, unfortunately for children only pasta with sauce or chips and nuggets. The tables inside were mostly full, but you could always sit outside. Pools nice, clean. We always found two free sunbeds. Water slides only work at 10-12 and 14-16. The largest of them can be used by children from the age of 12. The sea is clean, only agitated by the waves. We only went to his place in the afternoon, so we always found four free sunbeds next to us. We did not look for an animation program for adults during the day. The evening program (modern dance, Turkish night, fire show) was great. The children (ages 7 and 10) happily visited the children's Croco club every day with excellent animators Lůca and Linda. They also had a great time dancing together in the evening and the subsequent disco.

Food was the same for days, and not delicious. Cleaning lady was coming into the room multiple times even if it says do not disturbe. Shopping near the hotel is nothing special. Overall not very satisfied and it is also very far from airport. Not worthy.

In General, very good, like the food, cleanliness, hospitality, and I would especially single out Mr. Bekir and Mrs. Elemnur for the service and behavior towards us! I have a remark about the gym, where it closed early and opened late, as well as add the equipment! I hope to see you again. Greetings from Kosovo!

Rock hard beds with a single sheet, cold food at the monotonous buffet, no utensils to be found, housekeeping who’ve never heard of a vacuum (3 day old crumbs with ants on the floor) or changing the bed sheets, gym equipment that’s falling apart.. How on earth does this resort have stars, let alone 5 of them???

For me the experience in this hotel was sooo good. The animator Merve was soo nice and she was so friendly with all guests. The food was good and delicious and the programs every night were interesting. The water gym was pretty good, the aqua park was soo interesting and the atmosphere was perfect. I recommend the hotel!!!
