Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof

I was here this past weekend with friends for four nights. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anybody looking to come to Kitzbuhel. From the time we arrived to the time we left all staff were gracious, welcoming, and happy to see us. We particuarly liked Timae, as others have noted. She was fabulous in the bar and made sure we had delicious drinks and great conversation every time we went. Highly recommend finding her! Breakfast every morning was delicious with a ton of options, both buffet and made to order. My room - number 14 - was comfortable. Great big comfortable bed, nice shower that had great pressure and hot water, and great views over the valley towards the mountains. We had dinner one night at the Romerhof restaurant and enjoyed the fondue. This hotel is removed from town, so we appreciated the shuttle service that took us every day to the ski lifts. Just wish that the shuttle also operated at night for going out to eat. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - cannot wait to return!

This hotel looks like it was plucked from an actual fairytale. The decor is luxurious yet comfortable, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and the food and drinks were top notch. From the time we pulled up until our check out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The check in and check out process was very easy. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a small bite after a long day of traveling. The bar in the lobby is the perfect place for a nightcap or a drink before dining in the beautiful restaurants. The bartender there, Timae, made cocktails and humored us until the wee hours of the morning. Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of the gondolas. The bed was comfortable. The seating area had some small chocolates and little sweets for us to enjoy as well as two big bottles of water. We ate fondue and drank champagne at the restaurant down the hill where the cheese was hot and delicious and the champagne was cold. We also had the pleasure of eating some traditional food in the main restaurant. There was an aged Reisling on the menu that paired beautifully with the schnitzel. Overall this hotel lives up to its stellar reputation. I can't wait to go back.

The service is impeccable! The morning breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The spa with so many options to choose from is very refreshing, I will definitely re-book my next trip to Kitzbuhel, again at Hotel Tennerhof.

During our road trip, Relais & Châteaux Kitzbühel was one of the smallest 5-star hotels we stayed at. Perfectly located next to the town and all the shopping, it made exploring Kitzbühel convenient and enjoyable. Though the weather didn’t allow for many walks or summer hikes using the ski lifts, we still had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and polite. All in all, a charming hotel!

Great stay just out the centre of Kitzbühel at the Relais & Chateaux Tennerhof, a beautiful five star luxury hotel with fine restaurant, pools and spa. I booked one night through Amex Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts and at check-in they offered me a room upgrade to a double terrace room, free breakfast, 100€ credit to spend at bar and restaurant and late checkout at 4 p.m. Hotel staff is professional, extremely kind and always smiling. Rooms are in a beautiful classical tyrolean style, such as the other parts of the hotel, full of flowers and fragrances. Here I experienced the best mattress in my life! Breakfast is served in the terrace with lovely view overlooking the mountains and a wide spread of sweet and salty selection of food. Nice outdoor and indoor pools, saunas and steam bath. Free shuttle to and from the railway station. I hope to stay here again, the luxury experience was truly amazing!

Tennerhof is an absolute gem. The property is beyond quaint and luxurious. The spa is great and the options for body relaxation are plentiful. The location of the Tennerhof is ideal. Close enough to town that walking is pleasurable. And access to fantastic hiking options in the Alps is easy. Perhaps the best aspect of the beautiful lodge is the truly wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered were friendly and treated us like visiting dignitaries. The owner Luigi, the GM Patricia, the bar mgr Sven and the driver Paul could not have been more accommodating. 💥💥💥💥💥
