This is a solid resort, that would soar to a 5 star review with some TLC and updates. It is in a great location and has great amenities, but the units are tired. While it is on the "wrong" side of the main road, it's an easy 8 minute walk to the beach, with the traffic light available to safely cross the road. It's also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The resort has 2 pools, and indoor pool, a weight room and games room and pickleball and tennis courts, all in good condition. The downside are the units them selves, that need things like updated cabinets, new carpets, repainting and fixing the outside stairs and decks. It was clean and had all the necessary kitchen stuff and more, but just felt old and tired.

When I say dated, I mean 80s... It's a good sized complex with 2 pools and 2 laundry facilities, which are free to use. AC works well. They don't tell you if you're in a lock-out unit. Loads of stairs. Lower end appliances that can be a bit finicky. Water pressure is ok. Walls are paper thin. We were tempted to the the couple arguing on the other side our our wall for a couple of hours after 11pm to just get a divorce already!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape! The unit we stayed in was spacious and clean and had a homey feel to it. The amenities included at Sea Scape are great for families with children. Lots to do to keep busy and entertained, such as mini golf, shuffle board, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, a playground, an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pools for swimming, ping pong, hand shuffle board, pool, games, puzzles, ect. The staff also provides daily activities for guests to enjoy. Some of these activities are included and some are a small fee. There are also 2 laundry facilities that are free for guests to use (you just bring your own detergent, ect. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We went away for a long weekend. This place is so relaxing. Room was excellent. Clean and spacious. The staff was so welcoming. The indoor pool and game room is so nice. We plan to come back again. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Such a pleasent surprise.

Booked a week in February 2025. Without asking, we were assigned a bigger unit than the one we booked. It was a really nice free upgrade. The unit is spacious, well maintained, more modern than expected and all new paint colors. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Free parking very close to unit. Everything in the unit was working as it should. Bed was great, compared to so many other hotels that have you sleep on the firmest mattress they could find. No issues! Definitely recommended.

The villa was very nicely updated inside with the one exception of the kitchen cabinets which were showing their age. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The walk to the beach was easy. Great location in Kitty Hawk. We felt it was very convenient.

Villas border Sea Scape Golf Course and ideal for golfers. Facility is dated but they are doing upgrades. Very clean and staff very helpful. The GM Tim Smith went out of his way to help with an accommodation issue we had to bed 4 golfers. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The units are spacious and clean. Golf course is next door and plenty of amenities to enjoy. 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. Rec Center and great family activities.
