If you want a great place to stay in or around kirksville Missouri. This is the place to stay. We stayed in motels that were more expensive and none was as accommodating as this one. Ray the manager is awesome. He was so helpful with any needs or questions. This has been newly remodeled. Rooms were great, beds so soft, pillows soft and new. This place was so clean. Great breakfast selection. Coffee and drinks available 24/7. Truly if you're traveling and want a great place to stay this is it. We give this place a 10. Pet friendly. Thank you Ray for everything.

As soon as you walk in, Ray greets you as if you are a part of his family! He goes out of his way to provide excellent service. He even insisted on carrying our luggage in the rain from our car. It was such a pleasure visiting with him. The room was remodeled nicely and very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was yummy with many choices. Waffles, bacon, eggs, cake muffins, english muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, fruit and more. On our trip we stayed at three other hotels including an historical inn. None could compare to this one. Even the cleaning ladies were super sweet!

Absolutely best hotel stay I've ever experiences. Super friendly, clean, helpful and caring!! Good breakfast. The rooms are perfectly decorated. Definatley all about " your " needs! Amazing stay. Never will stay anywhere else.Thank you!!

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Ray at the Super8 in Kirksville who was doing everything himself to include taking reservations, checking customers in, cleaning rooms, and answering phone calls. Not knowing the area I checked into Super8 while moving my aging mother home with me from Missouri to Arizona our stay was exceptionally comfortable. Ray went above and beyond to make my mother comfortable. His customer service skills are exceptional he brought her extra pillows, blankets, shampoo, coffee, cups, and creaner he even held breakfast the next morning for my mother upon our departure to make sure she had something to eat. I would highly recommend you choose to stay at this Super8 location in Kirksville Mo. Ray recently bought and renovated this place and your stay will not be a disappointment I promise!!! I have read the previous reviews about this place but with the new ownership it is definitely a 100% change in customer service and accommodations. Again thank you Ray for a comfortable stay at your establishment. If I ever come back thru the Kirksville area Super8 is where I am staying!!!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. Credit card machine not working so had to pay cash, but didn't have change. No tv in room. Dead bugs on floor. Someone's dirty socks behind bathroom door. My kids wanted to sleep in the car instead. Window of the 3rd floor room did not shut all the way. No breakfast. The name is very misleading!

Found roaches in the room and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Then someone tried getting in my room. I could hear them putting the key in and out so I looked and it was the front seat guy trying to get a key to work on my room.

The hotel register did not inform me of weekend up charge until after charging my credit card then claimed no refunds. The register insisted on showing me the room including going into room with me. The first room main light switch was not connected; the second room the card key reader was malfunctioning( and the third room bathroom light did not work. I left. Later the manager agreed to refund me
