Baymont by Wyndham Kirksville University Area

I have previously stated my review. I liked the property and its settings and ease of checking in and out. And the breakfast was simply wonderful

Room 101 by the back door. no carpet or rug in the hall. Weather was rainy and water tracked into the room. Window looked out on a brushy view level with the window. Anyone could break the window and walk in. Bed didn't look changed, sheets very wrinkled. Appeared to be a grease spot on the bottom sheet. We knew we wouldn't stay. Went to a scheduled wedding and drove home for six hours rather than stay. We had never stayed at a Baymont before. WON'T ever consider them again. Parking lot was trashy, outside appearance at the back was terrible. Don't know where the picture on their advertising was made, the calm deck scene, not anywhere i could see.

Bed was comfy & room was clean. A/C worked great. Pool was under repair, which was a huge disappointment.

Henry was so helpful and made us feel right at home. His attitude and welcoming vibe were the absolute best. He totally deserves a raise! All of the staff were super great and the breakfast was solid. The bed was a little too soft, but that's just a matter of preference.

The rooms are always clean and nice. The breakfast is great. The staff is beyond amazing. I always feel safe and comfortable staying here either with my family or by myself. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Kirksville. Bonus they have a hotel cat Henry Marbles and he makes my work trips feel like home.

Traveled from Columbia with my 2 kids expected the hotel room to be in better condition. Feel like I should have been compensated more for the inconveniences that where had in the room. They never sent maintenance to make repairs.

Enjoyed my stay in Kirksville while visiting with my family for five days. My stay was uneventful. Thank you for an enjoyable time at your facility. Will visit again with my family in Kirksville, Missouri.

Nice and clean. Old Holiday Inn Exp its worn and showing it's age the wooden building has uneven floors in 2nd floor and probably has settled more on back half than front half. My room had noticeable hump in the floor and you could tell where major repairs had been done to ceiling. Pool has been closed for the last 6 months guessing it was too expensive to replace the ancient equip. Elevator was good. Walls and ceiling were definitely patched in a bunch of place and paint color slightly off. Staff friendly and the hot breakfast eggs, sausage, etc was good. Furniture especially chairs were in good shape. Doors and handrails worn down. Landscaping needs a trim badly and some widoe hvac has rust running down the outside. One tile cracked due to floor curving. Shower head partially clogged. Bed comfy and clean.

Room was clean the bathroom was average. Overall not a bad experience. The breakfast was terrible though and I would not count on it Overall the room was clean and the bathroom was average. It did have a nice tv, fridge and microwave. Nothing special but a fine room. The breakfast was terrible though, and I wouldn’t count on it at all. There was a very small selection and what was there was not very good. The waffles and biscuits were rubbery and floury. There were some gross areas in the hall way that needed to be updated. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t eat the breakfast.
