You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located nest. 1.5 Miles from Truman, ATSU, and Northeast Regional Medical Center, 3/4 of a mile from downtown Kirksville , and within walking distance to groceries, pizza, ice cream, and Starbucks. A short 10 minute drive to picturesque Thousand Hills State Park. The property is in a super convenient location in the middle of town with Walgreens just a walk across the street. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be utilizing this place in the future.

This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time

Home away from home
This was the perfect home away from home for my work trip! The location was super convenient for getting to my job site, and after a long day, it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, and quiet space.

Perfect cozy getaway
Two moms came to the Ville to spend time with our daughters for Women’s Weekend at their sorority. This is the first time I’ve stayed with someone other than family. The house was perfect for the two of us and still gave us our privacy. Close to our girls and everything in town.

Birthday Party
This VRBO was just right for four older gals visiting family for a 95th birthday! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood , easy to get to amenities and met our needs!! Thanks Erica!
