Hotel Zentral

Superb superb. Very nice, very clean, fantastic atmosphere. Clean rooms, very nice spa, superb bar, very good breakfast, one of the best hotels i have been. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The room are awsome, the terraces ar huge, the lobby bar is fantastic.

This is our second visit to Hotel Zentral and again our stay was exceptional. We are a group of old friends and each have our own rooms (6 of us on this visit). A family business and it shows.. Excellent Staff in all areas be it check in, Restaurant or Bar. We were Half Board and we would highly recommend that option. The Hotel also organised our Ski Passes as part of the deal. Location is perfect, just 5 Min easy walk from the Ski Bus. Many thanks again for looking after us Team Zentral.

Everything was fantastic. From the short walk from the train station, to the easy checkin process. The room ( panorama junior suite Kirchberg) was spacious, and well laid out. The soaking tub, huge balcony, comfy pillows and bedding. Breakfast ( included) was delicious fresh eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, smoked salmon, cereals, coffee, lattes. We did not have dinner there, several wonderful restaurants are a short walk away The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick to give directions or make local reservations. The bar area and outdoor patio with a curling rink were fun. I can’t find one fault with this hotel.

This hotel is simply outstanding. Rooms are nice with balconies. The shower is huge and warm water comes immediately. You can drink tap water and it is very good quality because comes from mountains. Food is just another outstanding thing. There's plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner (we had half pansion). even a choice of 5 types of egg and lots of different vegetable salad. We spoke with people who come there regularly because of such service. One of the best hotels I have ever been.

We were a group of 7 “Mature” Guys who wanted our own rooms in a nice Hotel without too much walking to Bus Stops etc for a weeks Skiing.. We chose Hotel Zentral due to its location and the previous reviews.. We we not disappointed and the whole Zentral team were superb.. Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent and as previous reviews have said the Bar Team are really attentive even at very busy times. Location wise for Skiing, it couldn’t be better.. A 5 Min (Flat) wander to the Ski Shop (we used Ski Rudy who were also excellent and allowed us to leave our kit at the end of the day without charge) and then the Bus stop virtually outside the shop for a 5 Min ride to the slopes. Well done Team Zentral… we will be back..

Just stayed at this wonderful hotel for umpteenth time. Everything about it is wonderful, from the Maids, the Staff serving the food to Manfred the Bar Manager and of course the owners Elizabeth and Hubert, all second to none. Food, cleanliness and attention to detail all 100%. Already booked for next year 😁
