This B&B was great. It is a small walk to the center of Kington. The property a good example of historical houses in this region with a beautiful garden to relax in as well as many interesting things inside. The host was very nice and helpful and provided great conversation. The breakfast was very nice and the fruit came directly from their garden.

A beautiful house, wonderful gardens and warm and welcoming hosts who treat you like friends rather than visitors. Slightly quirky in a very good way! Lovely breakfast, local produce and good recommendations. The enormous freestanding bath was a treat after a long hike. I'd definitely recommend Church House.

Wonderful stay in this delightful guest house. Fantastic, facilities in a beautiful home. Our hosts couldn’t have been more hospitable. Location is brilliant for exploring the local area. Breakfast enhanced by local produce. Can recommend unreservedly. Hope to make a return visit.

The best BnB of the entire Offa’s Dyke trail. I cannot enthuse enough! Fabulous home. Very welcoming. Amusing chat. Super bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cake and tea on arrival in the garden. Fresh rhubarb from the garden for our breakfast. Cafetierre of very good coffee delivered at 6am to our bedroom! ( where else would that happen) The egg mayo sandwiches in our packed lunch were also the best on the OD trail…and we had 12 of them! All in all, Andrew and Lis do everything right and could teach other BnB’s some tricks! I’d not hesitate to recommend them and we would stay there again and again.

Excellent host, great location, wonderful house / garden and perfect for walkers of the Offa's Dyke Trail. Easy / short walking distance to Kington where there some good places to eat. Located at the Georgian end of Kington near beautiful countryside.

A wonderful BnB! Andrew and Liz were absolutely charming hosts - looking after every detail for us! A lovely room and a beautiful breakfast. We could not have asked for more!! Perfect for walkers after a day in the boots!! Highly recommended!

Warm welcome with a cup of tea and a piece of freshly baked lemon drizzle cake (nom nom), glorious house and comfortable room. Doesn’t pretend to be a hotel, it’s their home and they make you feel as if you belong. Loved the bath, the books and the Barograph. Fantastic stay.

I stayed for a night in this charming B&B and it was a real treat. Andrew was very hospitable, offering tea in the afternoon and a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. It's a beautiful old building and gardens, incredibly peaceful. I hope I'll find myself there again.

This is not a super efficient , well practised operation. Our room was at the very top of the house and was much more ‘you can sleep in my son’s old room’ than a well designed couples retreat. However sometimes the sum of the experience is far, far greater than its parts. Lovely host, fascinating house, garden would be worth an explore. Breakfast was good. All in all,an experience not to be missed.
