Quality Inn

This was the worst stay i have ever had in a hotel. The entire place smelled like ****. no one was ever at the front desk. the room was dirty and smelled of ****. toilet was not attached to the floor so it was like a rocking chair. In the morning, the guy who was working was outside smoking and could not bothered with breakfast. No coffee nothing. called customer service and was offered points, I don't want points i want a complete refund, Also was told i would get a refund for a night i booked and was unable to stay due to a death in the family. I travel for a living and will not be booking with you again. No one from my company will either.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in the beds had cigarette burn wholes in sheets there was bugs crawling everywhere and no shower curtains in the bathroom the carpet was disgusting trash was on the floor in the hallway and the rooms and on top of all that one of the staff member’s gave someone who is believed to be her friend keys to my family member room and they went in there with a gun while my family members was in there with intentions of robbing them the whole stay was very traumatizing. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE! They should be shut down!!!!!

Worst hotel ever! Roaches was everywhere walking around ind bathroom like they help me pay, Customer service sucks! It should be a motel! Quality inn should take this place off there franchise, and when point this out they stated that there was no refunds! And that I could leave if I wanted but Im not getting my money back!

My sister and I were guests for 4 nights. This is not the best place to stay, nor the worst. Yet honestly,...there is a need to refurbish/refresh some basic things. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We traveled with our own cleaning products and was able to feel reasonably comfortable. The hotel itself is short of top notch, but Ms. Wanda, our housekeeper went above and beyond to address any needs that we had. Her pleasant smile and warm greeting each day as we were leaving for our days activities was greatly appreciate. Breakfast offerings are very limited, so we were happy that we brought our own. All in all, things were bearable and if the owners were to re-invest in making things cleaner, in working order, and more physically appealing, we would not hesitate to book with them again. If not, we will be staying in Lake City the next time we visit.
