Good location, close to the river path which is good location for morning exercise. Food is delicious, I love the rib eye so much. However, toilet is a little bit bad feeling for me, the water will pops up when I flushed the toilet. Highly suggest they can add toilet cover which is much hygienble

Receptionist girl Lara was lovely and helped me out w my small questions quite well. Missed out the breakfast due to it finishing 10:30 ((thought it was 11 at check out latest), and yet they said it will be refunded through my deposit. Couldn’t ask the guys name, much regards to him as well. Rooms big, has even iron. Shower is warm and clean, shampoo etc are on point. Just reduced 1 mini point from the location because of Kingston being outta town kinda, but then again, it’s literally 3 min walk (maybe less) to station, so you are off good.

A little disappointed scruffy room unfriendly arrival - not enough tea facilities had to ask for some more tea bags etc no complimentary cookies or water. Conditioner bottle empty. However we got a good rate, thanks to Trip, we got charged £10 for the dog although Trip said it would be free. The staff on departure were very friendly.

location was convenient. Room was a little dusty and the original hairdryer was mouldy- but staff changed one almost immediately after the feedback.

Pleasant stay - Room is clean and tidy. warm welcomed by the staff at check in, swift and smooth! Flexi breakfast eat and go. Car park few mins walk from hotel.

Stayed many times in this Hotel around 4 years ago due to high standards of staff and service. Unfortunately although the staff are still very professional and also friendly, the room standards have certainly dropped. You now have an empty space where the fridge used to be, sticks are provided instead of tea spoons for tea/coffee. Tissues run out after three uses, cupboard doors not aligned correctly so had to force shut. Under bed found sweet, dust and paper. Had to clean mirror, as it obviously had been wiped over with a dirty cloth and left to dry. Prices substantially increased since pandemic I believe. Not what it was, hopefully just a blip and situation will improve as all other facilities including restaurant and location are excellent.
