The 1 bedroomed apartment I stayed in was lovely, very clean and modern with a small well equipped kitchen including toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher tea bags and coffee sachets. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom large and attractive with a lovely walk in shower.
The hotel is in a lovely location, in the old part of Hull, the Marina is about a 10 minute walk.
Points to note,; it's a stones throw from Hull Minster and the bells are loud and ring every 15 minutes 24/7. The windows are not double glazed to prevent sound from the outside, but ear plugs are provided.
There is no reception or staff onsite, so you need to know what room you are staying in and you need a PIN to access the property and your room. Call the hotel direct to arrange this as the trio confirmation does not include room number or PIN.

Absolutely beautiful. If you were thinking about booking Hideout Hotel when visiting Hull, stop! Stop thinking and just do it, you will not be disappointed. Easy keypad access (a bonus not having to faff around with keys or key cards), car park is a 1 minute walk away with the city centre, starting with Princess Quay is no more than a 5 minute stroll. The building itself once inside is light, bright trendy and airy not to mention spotlessly clean and your individual apartment...WOW! Fully equipped everything you will ever need and more. So much so that we changed our plans and didn't go out for breakfast. We nipped to Tesco express (again, just 1 minute away) and bought bacon, croissants etc for a perfect start to our day. The little and thoughtful touches of soft music, mood lighting, teas, coffees, laid table, ear plugs, stamped toilt roll and super trendy bathroom make this place, pretty special and definitely unable to disappoint. We will only ever stay here when visiting Hull in the future.

Everything in the apartment was excellent from the underfloor heating to the incredibly comfortable bed. The place just had a great homely vibe about it and made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great apartment, great service and access, position is walkable for most of central hull. Quiet area of town, lots of bars/resto’s close by, perfect for gigs at the Connexin. If you’re staying for one night like we did, you don’t need anything (maybe milk). Lovely selection of teas and freshly ground coffee, lovely bathroom with stuff you need that you might have forgotten. Right opposite a beautiful church. Parking close by. Prompt telephone service if you need it. If we are staying in Hull in future we’ll be back!

We stayed just for one night everything was lovely, the apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. It was really stylish and had some lovely touches. I would not hesitate to recommend this hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed at Hideout a lot over the past few years as work frequently brings me to Hull. My stays have always been great, with consistent cleanliness and convenience each trip. The folks who run Hideout are super friendly and helpful and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Hull - which you should as it’s a great city!

The Mary Poppins of accomodation.... Practically Perfect in every Way. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen space with utensils and dishwasher, lifts, NO KEYS TO LOSE! Friendly and helpful staff, ace location, brilliant communication. Early check-in and late check out available. We went as a trio to celebrate a birthday. Communication was fantastic from the start, including suggestions of where to eat and drink, locations of shops etc. All requests were delivered on time and the birthday display was super. The team went above and beyond to make our stay the fabulous one that it was. Will absolutely use again.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent stay at Hideout Hotel earlier this month. Our apartment was spotless, well done to the cleaners, and it is very well equipped. Very central location, in a very beautiful and welcoming City.

Nice apartment but VERY noisy! There was noise from the street nearly all night, which was then replaced by a street cleaner. There is no way you could sit on the Terrace with all the people walking past. There are all these great reviews on here so I’m disappointed that we didn’t have a good night’s sleep while we were there.
