My overall experience was very good. I booked ROK due to my family staying there, and I wanted to be with them. We travelled to Jamaica for family bereavement, so we wanted as little hassle as possible. Staff at reception were approachable, friendly, welcoming, and professional. The general look was aesthetically pleasing; I loved the decor throughout. Entry was spacious and clean. I stayed on the 7th floor, which was clean, and has a communal ice machine. The room was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but fully functional, there is a fridge and coffee machine; I would have liked a kettle due to preferring to hear my water boil! We slept well for the most part. My only issue was noise in the morning, I could hear the housekeeping staff chit chatting amongst themselves as they carried out their duties. Doors banging, etc. Due to time differences, I woke up at 4 am. I guess this made me sensitive to the surroundings. The bar is excellent, located outside by the pool, and a breath of fresh air. We spent most evenings by the bar enjoying a cocktail or 2, plenty seating, and staff are accommodating. I must commend the toilets in the communal areas... fresh fresh fresh, they use a beautiful smelling air freshener; I was impressed by how well maintained the were. I didn't have breakfast because I generally eat later in the day. However, my family thought choices were repetitive after a few days. Bar food was fresh and delightful. There are a couple of places to eat outside the hotel. However, I would not recommend them due to extensively delayed waiting times. Just eat at the hotel or find elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend the ROK, and I would definitely stay again.

Close to the ocean side, room clean and housekeeping deserve thumbs up just rooom charge exclude the breakfast

Really enjoyed my stay here, no issues, no problems, no complaints. Very nice branch of the Hilton family with the perfect touch of Jamaican hospitality.

Amazing hotel, with a great location. Front desk staff are super friendly and knowledgable. Loved it so much i extended by stay by 2 days.

Nice and clean room. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. Just small buffet. Hotel surrounding is not nice, but in Kingston is hard to find nice area...

Terrible service from front desk receptionist who worked there told me that all my bookings were confirmed and cancelled started to beat down the boor next morning with staff and a number of calls….same situation happened twice in one week. Staff treated and looked down at my partner like he was some sort of scammer!! Awful service and experience from the rooftop bar I was left nearly one hour and 45 min to have a drink served and had to cancel as it took forever and still didn’t arrive!!! So many beautiful places in Kingston to stay this was a waste of money and a terrible experience

Tracy at the front desk is amazing. Customer service that leaves such a positive feeling. She’s actually exceptional. I will always stay at that Hilton and many more once I can receive her type of service. My husband and I were quite impressed with her professionalism, kindness and commitment to ensuring we were comfortable. She’s amazing and deserves a promotion.

Good location and nice view.

Hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff where so friendly and helpful and very professional.. my brother missed place two fifty pound notes that went under the bed.. we only knew this because our room attendant found it whilst cleaning our room… she left the money on the bed with a note..big respect and one love to Monique our room attendant🇯🇲…Also the food and service was above and beyond, big shout out to Rok hotel I look forward to coming back..

We had the best stay! Staff was amazing from the moment we pulled up to when we checked out. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness of the room and most of all the location. Every single worker was helpful and friendly. I appreciated how welcoming they to my daughter and her friend, especially because it was her first time in Jamaica and she was celebrating her 35th birthday. Team, thank you so much for your hospitality. I look forward to staying there again.
