Travelodge by Wyndham Kingman

Cleans and quiet.

Please save your $$ and go somewhere else. This place is a dump. The rooms are filthy and there is no maintenance done in the rooms or around the property - unless you see the man watering plants and that’s about it! Please look at my photos and make your own judgement if you want to stay there or not.

The location is convenient, which is why we chose it for a quick stop over on a cross country road trip. But this hotel has not been maintained. There were wires hanging from the ceiling from where the smoke alarm should be. Only one light worked - most of the others didn't even have a light bulb. There were burn holes in the comforter and there was a gap at the bottom of the door where you could see outside. There were a few homeless around, but they did not cause trouble. If this kind of stuff doesn't bother you, it's right near two really good truck/travel stops for gas to take off the next day.

On a recent roadtrip from California to Texas we stayed at two Wyndham properties. Both properties were in terrible condition and we will not be returning to either. We were very disappointed at what used to be a exceptional brand of hotels at affordable prices. These were ridiculously poorly maintained, holes in walls, paint chipping on walls and bathroom facilities and strong odors of disinfectant

The room was dirty and everything you touched felt grimy. The bedside lamp was constantly flickering and the ceiling fan when tried to turn it off, sped up and wobbled to the point it looked like it was going to come off. The seating area was very stained. When we told the reception he said it was because i had chosen a ground floor, what did i expect. When shown another room it was just as bad.. we were then told just to go then.

!!!WARNING ATTENTION!!!! ACHTUNG !!!!! ADVERTENCIA !!!!!! There is a huge bed bug infestation. I got 16 ugly bites only spending one night in this motel. I reported it to the office and the employee replyed "we don't have a bed bug issue." It takes a few weeks to recover from bed bug bites. Please stay away and warn others.

Just a gross place along our trip we were unfortunate to book. The room was disgusting, mould everywhere,the towels were so dirty we couldnt wven use them. The bathroom was disgusting and the pillows were covered in stains. I could barely hreath when I woke up in the morning most likely from the mould. The door would not latch so we had to rely on the security clasp for it to stay closed. The only good thing....our motorcycles were still there in the morning.

The front desk made me feel very inappropriately judged. When the real reason I couldn't stay there was because I felt unsafe. It was dirty, with holes in the walls, No fixtures or covers on the electric outlets She refused to refund my money even though wasn't there for an hour due to her believing I was a escort.

Worst experience with a Wyndham property. Room had been smoked in so asked for another room that wasn't very clean. Would have left and asked for a refund, but we were too tired to do that and then search for another hotel.
