I asked for a suite and got a room with no bath tub asked to be moved was told I didn't pay for a tub well I paid 162.00 for one night wow how much does a bath tub cost

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Checking in was a fast process, all thanks to Erica. She was willing and helpful in answering any questions I had, and she was ready to help and attend to my needs while I was here. I can honestly say I can't wait to come back.

Excellent customer service Employees were Awesome! Greeted with a smile and professionalism The Texas shaped waffles were a plus to an already good experience . The efficiency of checking in and checking out was the best I have experienced and have been to several hotels in the last year

Room was nice, except needs a new bed. This one was hard and lumpy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed during the week, so don’t know if there is a lot of noise. Our stay was nice and quiet. Shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water.

The front desk young man(Darius) was very rude. He was rude with me personally. I am hard of hearing and I asked him to please speak up. He totally ignored my request, I kept asking him but he remained unsmiling the whole time and never increased the level of his voice. Independent of this, later, my wife asked him when she came in, I was outside getting luggage, where elevators were and he did not rise from desk nor said a word but only waved towards where elevators were.

Bathroom floor sticky shower slimy. Carpets big spots and needed cleaning no service to clean the room the last day brought a few towels.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was the friendly staff. Otherwise I would rate my stay with 0 stars. The elevator was out of order when we arrived. The smell of **** filled the hallway, noisy children running up and down the hall, and dogs barking night and day.
