This apartment is located 1/2 mile to the beach and a block from a multi-use path with sound views where the sunsets are beautiful. Centrally located only a short drive or walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gas station and movie theater. This is located on a private residential street, quiet and safe. For extra safety there are cameras on the outside of the home 2 in the front facing the driveway and one in the back yard. **** This is a ground level suite with private entrance and keyless entry.
