Good location,3 to 4 min walk to kihim beach,Very well maintained properly, Lot's of trees & greenery, Well maintained swimming pool,Clean higenic rooms, Great tasty konkani food,Good staff.... highly recommended....👍

Very bad experience, no timely service, late for everything, very costly as compared to nearer premises, rude behavior from reception staff, do he says 300 meter from beach but it’s too far, don’t go for this, u can find another very good property in this rate

We stayed at Kamal Homes kihim for 3 nights. We tried food for 2 breakfasts and one lunch only. Loking at the attitude of staff at first lunch after reaching the hotel, we had chosen to try different restaurents. Staff is very lethargic. They test your patience time to time. The staff is not at all supportive and don't want to work. We experienced this on all 3days. Manager doesn't have control on the staff. Due to nonavailibility of AC room on first night Non AC room was given which was very hot. Not at all recommended. AC room was clean and other ambience was good with ample car parking and vicinity to beach which is around 0.6km from property. Our experience was not so good. Due to attitude of staff, not recommended.
