服務超級好，房間也都是我很喜歡的風格，早餐很豐富並且食材新鮮。是非常經典的Boutique酒店，周邊環境很好，很安全、綠化超好，旁邊就是公園。而且離Kifisia市中心商業街很近，走路就可以去shopping。雖然不在雅典市中心，但做地鐵也很方便，想要體驗一下希臘北區比較舒適的地方，推薦住這裏哦！

very helpful staff and very polite. Amazing breakfast and the rooms where beautiful and clean. the hotel is in a walking distance from the main square of Kifisia with lots of restaurants and stores around it. It has its own parking place which is a plus in an area like Kifisia. i would definitely stay there again for sure. The only disadvantage about the hotel is that they rent the Nobilis roof top restaurant, which is an amazing and beautiful restaurant, for a lot of events which means if you are staying on the last floor you will hear sometimes a lot of noise and also the parking might be full from the cars that come to the event and not from the residents of the hotel. Also because it is booked for these events you can not go to the restaurant even if you are staying at the hotel and that goes for the Garden Brasserie area that the hotel has which doesn't leave much room from the tenants of the hotel to enjoy the restaurants or areas of the hotel. Maybe in other season periods things are different but at least in December there was every day an event going on

Unpleasant Stay - Would Not Recommend We stayed for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the issues with the room were numerous. The temperature was set to an uncomfortable 27°C, and we couldn’t adjust the AC ourselves. After calling the receptionist, they lowered it for us but failed to inform us that opening the door would reset it back to 27°C. As a result, we woke up to the same stifling temperature the next morning. Additionally, the balcony door handle jammed after we opened it, forcing us to sleep with the door open. We later learned that it could be unblocked by pressing something at the bottom of the window—though, in hindsight, this might have been a blessing, as it prevented the room from reaching 27 degrees again (in December) To make matters worse, upon checking in, we were informed there would be a private in-house party from 9 PM to midnight. What we didn’t anticipate was the blasting music that shook our entire room. When we called reception at 12:20 AM to ask when it would end, we were told it could last another hour or until the last guest left. It was evident that the comfort of private partygoers took precedence over the paying hotel guests. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay and will definitely not be returning.
