Excellent location, nice animal orphanage ,

是這次肯尼亞旅行中，最滿意的酒店之一，環境很好，房間裏乾淨整潔。還有壁爐，晚上服務人員會幫忙點火，餐廳口味也還可以～ 酒店位置很好，應該是遊覽肯尼亞山的必選酒店了^_^

太喜歡這個酒店了，完全可以在酒店住個幾天，第一次感受真的壁爐，小朋友們都很興奮。肯尼亞山和國家公園完全不一樣的感覺，很乾凈，看得出這邊的人，相對富有，是另外一番景象。

酒店服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，在高爾夫球場和酒店公共區域能看到好多動物不時走過，在揮桿赤道球場，也是種不錯的體驗。

Great, serene property………….. Great food………:::: Great staff…… Rooms are great, gardens are well kept Not far from Nanyuki town and just about 2.5hrs from Nairobi. Right next to Mt Kenya which is the highest mountain in Kenya. The team is keen to details like special days and celebrations. They can also organize a bush dinners, golf or hikes.

It's a very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful landscape Staff very courteous Great meals It's in a cold place and they make sure there's sufficient heating And they make you feel celebrated for your special moments anniversaries and birthdays An animal orphanage with lions, cheetah, leopard, many llamas plus many more It's worth your time and money

Lovely stay as always!! Great staff, great service, great views! Cynthia is particularly lovely! I came for a solocation and I felt the warmth of the place, safe and very considered. Good place for anyone looking for a solo travel! I shall definitely be back.

First time in Africa, I never expected to find such a beautiful hotel here; it’s completely different from what I imagined. The moment I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the breathtaking scenery, and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I wish I could stay in this beautiful place forever. I chose one of the hotel’s activities, and having a guide along with two armed guards showing me the local flora and fauna was definitely a unique experience.

My family and I stayed 2 nights at Mt. Kenya Safari club to end our safari and it was a great stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room amenities and fireplace in your room at night was a lovely touch. The view from the backporch at Zebar of Mt. Kenya was incredible.

After days in the wilds of Kenya, our stay at Fairmont Mount Kenya was a real treat—one of our best experiences in Africa. The service was excellent, and while the food was just okay, we still loved our time here. Breakfast with the bongo was a highlight, and the Samburu game drive with Kelvin was fantastic—he taught us so much about the Samburu Big 5. The hotel even arranged a special lunch inside Samburu, which was a nice touch. Paul, who lit our fireplace, was very friendly and showed us how to do it. We also visited their conservancy and got up close with a cheetah, a 200-year-old turtle, llamas, and monkey with moustache! My husband also had a great time playing golf with Simon. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. We highly recommend it to family and friends.

Amazing time at the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club! I really love the peaceful grounds here. And after a quick night stay previously, I really wanted to come back! My favorite room style is the garden suite; this room is elegantly styled, has a fireplace and yet is cozy - not impersonal or sprawling — and you will have a perfect (secluded) view of the mountain. The orphanage is a REAL treat; all the animals and tour guides are super! I also went and pet the horses in the stables, who are also equally friendly and sweet. But the Bongo breakfast was for sure* a highlight!!! (Can’t recommend enough; can be done solo also - something special to remember for a lifetime). Thanks to several staff for making this “quiet” birthday trip happy/ memorable: Agnes, Anthony, Mr. Richard Maina the courier, and all of the staff at dining (can’t recall all names) but the service this was time was 5-stars all around! Asante!

A magnificent location, with birds, monkeys, llamas and hogs aplenty. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a suite which was comfortable but a little soulless. We had to ask twice for more bed clothes and heater. Access to the public areas required exit through to the outside and entrance by the bar which was not perfect. The restaurant was buffet or a la carte. We stuck with the latter having had 6 days of buffets at our last stop. The menu was very limited meaning I ate the same dish 3 times and the taste differed on each occasion! They ran out of Diet Coke ( no apologies only excuses ) and provided Dijon mustard for our steaks. Serving staff, of which there were many, were more quantity and less quality ( except Christine and Lavender ). The golf was 9 hole par 27. Caddy obligatory. Course was poorly maintained. Local ‘proper’ course doesn’t permit members. Perhaps the hotel could negotiate guest access? Animal orphanage fantastic, Swimming pool unheated, therefore quite cold. The only comfortable seating area in the evening was the bar or in your suite. Too cold to sit outside on the veranda. Staff tips were to the individual only, no general tip box.
