Hampton by Hilton Kiel

Very good and comfortable hotel with a wonderful view, very good breakfast. Bed very comfy My best recommendation

Hotel was in chaos when we arrived. Staffing issue with the room cleaners, only one on duty. The reception area was full of guests waiting for their rooms. We eventually got into ours at 18.30 that night. The reception staff were doing their best to keep the guests happy, They were working really hard and were terribly stressed.. Caroline in particular did an amazing job. Our room, when we got into it, was comfortable and reasonably clean. Location is very good, close to the harbour and station. Breakfast was very busy but there was plenty of choice of food and again the catering staff were working very hard. I had the impression that there are some management issues at the hotel. I felt sorry for the staff that were obviously doing their best but needed more support. Having said that it was a good stay for us and Kiel was an interesting and surprisingly lovely place to visit.

Fint hotell centralt i Kiel. Nära till allt. Hade önskat lite större utbud på frukosten. Den var inte dålig men lite för lite att välja emellan. Önskar även lite större täcken vi fick slåss om det. Annars var vi helt nöjda med vår minisemester på Hampton Hilton.

Dejligt og roligt hotel med en god beliggenhed. Lidt lille værelse, men da det kun var en base for shopping, var det en mindre detalje. Venligt og imødekommende personale i receptionen. Morgenmadsbuffet med et fint udvalg - trods mange mennesker blev køen ved buffeten afvikler hurtigt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Perfekt. Es gibt in Kiel kaum ein Hotel mit einem besseren Standort. Die Zimmer sind das, was man von Hampton erwarten kann. Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht phänomenal.
