I would have rated this place as a 10 until I got home and saw that they fraudulently charged me for an additional night over 60 euros for 7/2 after we departed on 7/1. The initial room charge was correct, the second charge for our dinner at the resort restaurant was incorrect because while we were in room 19, they charged us for two breakfasts for room 310. We knew no one at the resort and they admitted it was an error and they claimed they submitted the refund of the 20 euros. I never received it. When I checked my credit card again, I noticed a 3rd charge for a room accommodation on 7/2 which was AFTER we departed. I emailed customer service to tell them I did not receive the 20 euros credit and told them there was a 3rd charge on my credit card which also was NOT MINE. I even emailed the copy of my credit card statement showing the 3rd erroneous charge. They responded not as timely as the first email and said nothing about my refund and also said there was nothing they could do. I have all the emails to prove they knew about the incorrect charges, said they'd be refunded, yet they did not refund my money. A mistake is one thing, but to never refund the mistake they said they would and then also charge me 3x that amount for an additional day, tells me its fraud vs simple error. GUESTS BEWARE. This is located in a great spot on Poros and the food was fantastic, but they'll charge you for things you didn't get then not refund you. I'm in the US so I cannot call them without my phone bill costing the amount they fraudulently charged me. I tried 3x via email. NO REFUND EVER CAME THEN A 3RD CHARGE OVER 60 EUROS APPEARED ON MY CARD AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACCOUNTABILITY AND TELLING ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. FRAUD! As such, I do not recommend anyone stay here. The location is not worth the headache after you get home from your relaxing vacation.
