Stayed here for four nights in March 2025, and let’s just say—this place keeps you on your toes. Some things are great, some things are… creative choices. The Good Stuff: ✅ Modern & Fresh – The hotel is newly built, and it shows. Clean rooms, stylish design, and no weird smells or mysterious stains. A solid start. ✅ Free Parking – Always a win. No bizarre ticket-stamping rituals like some other places (looking at you, Pullman). ✅ Free Netflix – A rare gem! If you’re feeling lazy after a long day, you can binge-watch whatever you want without dealing with sketchy WiFi connections or logging into a TV from the Stone Age. ✅ Surprisingly Good Bed – Thai hotel beds often feel like sleeping on a wooden plank. Not here. This was actually one of the better hotel beds I’ve slept in Thailand. My back and I were pleasantly surprised. ✅ Cleaning – Available on Request – While there’s no automatic daily cleaning, we asked and got fresh towels and a cleaned room when needed. So, a little extra effort, but at least it’s an option. The Not-So-Great: ❌ Towels for Hobbits – The towels provided are so small that calling them ‘hand towels’ would be generous. Want to wrap yourself up in a soft cocoon? Not happening. ❌ Toilet Paper: BYO – Apparently, toilet paper is an optional luxury here. If you like being prepared for all situations, bring your own roll. ❌ Breakfast – A Treasure Hunt – For 200 baht per person, you get: • Cereal, milk, orange juice, and toast with marmalade (but still… no butter). • However, there’s a secret level to this breakfast game: a Thai lady in a kitchen behind the dining hall who, if you find her, will whip together a plate of sausages, ham, egg, salad, and orange juice on request. She’s the real MVP—so start looking. ❌ Morning Wake-Up Call: School Edition – A nearby school starts blasting music in the morning, so if you enjoy being gently serenaded awake by pop hits or school anthems, you’re in luck. Also, not the best soundproofing from traffic, so light sleepers, take note. ❌ Fridge or Decorative Box? – The fridge is so weak that your drinks will be just slightly cooler than room temperature. Perfect if you like your water ‘mildly refreshing’ rather than ‘actually cold’. ❌ 1,000 Baht Deposit – Not a dealbreaker, but just a heads-up. Be prepared to hand over a bit of cash at check-in. ❌ Only One Keycard – If you’re traveling with someone and have different schedules, prepare to strategically coordinate your movements or make a lot of trips to reception. ❌ No Bathroom Storage – Want to hang up your tiny towel or place your toiletries somewhere? Too bad. There are no shelves or towel hangers in the bathroom, so your stuff will be taking a little vacation on the sink or floor. Final Verdict: If you like modern, clean rooms, free Netflix, and a surprisingly comfortable bed, this place is a solid choice.
