I had a lovely stay at Natai Beach Resort. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the sea. 😊

Pretty nice hotel even though my room felt a bit outdated (paint, sliding doors). Disappointed that my request for a king bed was not followed. Staff at the counter was very nice

A great hotel! Location is only negative but we came knowing that and loved our stay! Great if you just wanna relax and not leave the hotel, if you want to explore Phuket, I’d stay on the island. It was perfect for our stay!

A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

Nice place. Not much to do in the nearby area, but the resort itself is super for relaxation.

Natai Beach Resort is a peaceful, beachfront getaway just 30 minutes from Phuket Airport. It has spacious rooms, a beautiful pool, and a quiet, relaxing vibe—perfect for couples or families. The food is tasty, the beach is clean, and the service is friendly. Great for a quiet escape, though a bit far from other restaurants or shops.

lovely hotel and staff. it's very remote and secluded but we chose it on purpose to relax from the big cities

The location is nice, not crowded, but the weather wasn't good and very big waves, couldn't swim in the sea

The hotel is nice and quiet. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The minus for us was the location, cuz near by no shops or anything like that. But, in the hotel there is a restaurant where you can find western cuisine and Thai food. Especially I would say huge THANKS to the restaurant staff which made a romantic dinner for us, (the boy on the last picture was so sweet and funny, said some compliments, friendly and polite 🥹🥹🥹) Restaurant workers presented a birthday cake (last picture), that was a gift for my birthday 🎂. Service and food was amazing. Thanks 😊

I'm not happy with the receptionist named "Jenny" at all. she gossiped right in front of me with the housekeeper whose on the call while I insisted that I booked for the king bed, but she kept saying the reservation showed that I have booked twin bed. so I showed her the evidence of booking kind bed then she be like " but the agent sent that you have booked twin bed " ( why on earth the receptionist wanted to win their guests...) that's why she needed the call to the housekeeper to check if any king bed available... she said " guests needed king bed instead" and I guessed that the housekeeper was also not impressed and then Jenny said " ya " with the big hmph sound in the end.... I know thai and I know what you were saying 😊
