The villa was old with stains on sofa. Many flies and insects especially on raining days. For the price paid i will expect a well maintained villa. The plus points is the balcony view and the staff good services.

Location is good. Room is clean. View of mountain is great especially at the cafe. Only minus point is breakfast.. not so good n coffee is not freshly brewed but from nescafe machine.

Hotel room clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet also satisfied. But there not any entertainment activity during nightime , hotel dinner also need book in advance, and dine in time until 7pm really not convenience for us , nearby 7-11 also around 1.5km , not any grab or taxi service there, Hotel staff did recommend private pick up service but offer 400-500 baht to nearby 7-11 , it really ridiculous.

Nice hotel, easy to find. Nice scenery, but no night life, only 1 shop open till 9pm. Cafe restaurant open till 7pm, 6pm last call.

really love the view from the Villa. Food was decent and we have great Shabu Shabu for dinner. However the kitchen close early so please order in advance.

It's a place for friends to gather. It's very suitable for those who like leisure and quiet

While we didn't get to see the 'sea of clouds' due to the season we are in, what made it up was the tranquility and the excellent customer service. Anne (who was at the reception) gave great tips on where we can visit and dine, after she realised from our driver that we wanted to visit the waterfalls (which isn't a good time to view due to lack of rainfall). Appreciate her help to effectively translate to our driver so that we didn't rely much on google translate. The small room is furnished with smart devices e.g. to draw the curtain, and turning the screen of the shower area from transparent to opaque. We had the breakfast buffet which has a modest spread but the menu renains the same for the 3 days we were there. Overall, a good stay. Do check with the hotel before making a booking, especially if there's a major feative event or the weather for sight seeing.

Nice service and nice view from the villa. Cleanliness was good. Waiting time is fast. Thank you so much. Will go again.
