Fairly expensive, very small room Not used to pay for parking Free Apèro is quit ok

I definitely recommend this place . Had the best customer service ever staring from Kia at the front desk.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

Très bien situé! À une rue de Duval Street ainsi que quelques mètres du point le plus au sud des États-Unis. L’établissement est très charmant, beaucoup d’Iguanes autour de la piscine. Nous avions passé un chouette moment Dommage que le ménage ne se fasse pas tous les jours

I love your place but mostly what made my trip so special was a girl named Kia she is wonderful from showing us about the bus to when I left my wallet at the front desk she made sure it was safe when I got back . Kia treated us so wonderful and that is the reason I will always come back as long as she is still there because Kia really helps you .I am 64 years old and she really was a great person who understood that I had knee problems . I mean everything Kia did for me was up and above what other people at places I stayed an amazing experience . I will always come back to your Inn as long as she is still working there . I have never been treated like that from a worker at a hotel .Kia really cares if you are comfortable and she helped us to find our way around .I adore Kia and you are so lucky to have a great worker like Kia I don't know her last name but I noticed her first because I drove her crazy about finding this place and everything too do down there .10 stars for Kia . thank you for having wonderful people working for you . I will be back and I will check to see if Kia is still working . Thank goodness for her. And th ank you. Everything was beautiful .

We were booked on the Key West Express ferry to take us to Key West where we were staying at the Southernmost Inn. Hurricane Helene came and the ferry canceled but the Inn would NOT give us our money back or change our dates. They made NO efforts to assist us. That is really BAD BUSINESS. Don't support this business. Go somewhere else. Some lost all during Hurricane Helene. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

We booked a ferry leaving the Tampa area on Sept 27th Friday morning for key west and we were scheduled to stay at the Inn on Friday Sept. 27th -Sunday 29th. We were informed by the “key west Ferry” on Tues Sept 24th that the trip was cancelled due a state of emergency because we had a Cat 4 hurricane headed our way and scheduled to hit us Thursday. I immediately informed the hotel that we would not be able to make it as we were in the path of the storm and our method of transportation was cancelled and requested to cancel our booking. They denied my request. I spoke to the hotel again on 27th and was told my request was denied if which they could not give me a reason. I called again on the 28th and spoke to a manager named Mike. Mike was very dry, no empathy, no emotion, just simply kept saying it’s not his problem as key west wasn’t shut down so he can’t issue a refund. I explained the situation again that we had no way to get there and on of it we were in the middle of a hurricane , he just kept referring to his personal no refund policy and dismissed everything I said. I requested to speak to another manager he claimed he is the only manager of the property I then asked for the owner and he claimed that there are “no owners”. I suggest you stay far from this property as they are only about the money and not about their guests, or emergency situations that no one can control. They could care less about anything or anyone, especially Mike the manager.

southernmost it was. Five mins to marker. Located at the bottom of Duval as advertised. Breakfast a bit light but coffee free and a good one

It was perfect. Location, friendly staff, very clean. Close to everything, Duval Street, the beach, Southernmost point.
