Michael was a wonderful host. He took the time to show us around the amazing property. He greeted us within the 4 to 8pm time slot and graciously explained the rules of the property. The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping did an amazing job taking care of our room. We swam in the ocean daily and utilized the amazing pool and hottub. The rooms come with a fridge but not a microwave, fyi. I love this place. I dont want to talk it up to much because it was a slice of heaven and I would hate to see it booked to capacity. It was like we had the resort to ourselves. I cannot wait to visit again. I miss it already.

Peaceful getaway
My stay was very peaceful. Easy remote check in via phone call. Room was very spacious and clean. Waterfront space was perfect and serene. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet.

The hotel was great but no employees are on site. Phone check in. The pool area was relaxing but it is Key Largo and the pool was like a sauna. The room was clean

We were the only ones here!! Beautiful outdoor property & pool!
Only saw 2 people. No front desk. They came to us. 1970's styling

The entrance snuck up us but was quickly helped in. It has tons of charm and is a very beautiful property.

Avoid this property. Hotel has a tiny 4 hour window to check in (4-8 pm). We flew into Miami and our plane was delayed on both ends of the flight. I tried to contact Bahia Bay using ******* and by phone to see if we could arrive at 10 pm, but they didn’t answer and never responded. Just took our money. We obviously had no control as our flight was scheduled to arrive at 6 pm and didn’t arrive until 8:30. Very disappointed that Bahia refused to even respond to us, we had to
Book an alternate hotel.
******* tried to help us get a refund (the room would have sat unbooked either way so they didn’t lose money), but they refused. $270 for a night I couldn’t use due to a strange and small check window and poor service.

Nice quiet spot
It was a little confusing at first because we happened to arrive when the gate was open and missed the sign with check in instructions but once we figured out there wasn’t a check in desk and we needed to call. I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower but when I let the management know, he explained it was installed backwards and the hot was actually the cold. The grounds were lovely and the location was convenient. We walked out onto the dock to see the sunset and could see dolphins in the e water. The management was responsive by phone and text. We had a lovely stay.
