Wonderful guest house in the heart of Keswick. My room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. There is a comfortable guest lounge with complementary cake, hot drinks and an honesty bar. Together with off road parking and the warmest of welcomes from Nicky & Paul this was a perfect stay.

Very good in every way. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were first class and the added bonus of cake with a cuppa in the afternoon in a comfortable lounge area. My only suggestion would be to provide abit storage for clothes in the bedroom (maybe a chest of draws). I would definitely go back.

Such a friendly atmosphere promoted by the hospitality of Paul and Nicky. From year to year we have been returning to Sunnyside, now adults only the accommodation is really tasteful, comfortable with the bonus of safe parking including ehu. The breakfast provided is to all tastes and an evening meal can be provided. Why not finish your day in the comfortable guest lounge with a malt whisky (honesty list) and home made cake if you fancy (donations to mountain rescue groups)

1st impression very good,10/10 Room very clean, tidy and cosy and warm.T.V coffee, tea ,hot chocolate and biscuits.Excellent bed, comfy pillows and a thick duvet.Room nicely decorated, nice touch lining the draws and wardrobe with same wallpaper.Very quiet location yet only 5 mins walk to Keswick high street.No problem parking in small car park at front of house.Evening meal was very good and the breakfast was even better, the guest lounge was equipt with an honesty bar, coffee machine and all the games and books you would need if the weather was poor.There was a lot of nice touches around the house, cute little dogs and Nicky and Paul were really nice people, very amiable, chatty,helpful and approachable. Top marks to them, would recommend this guest house and would truely like to return. Thank you both

Excellent as always. Fantastic breakfasts with all the little extras. Lovely, very comfortable rooms. Our party had 1 premium double and 1 single room, all to usual high standard. Evening meals are now a good addition. We will be back again.

I've stayed at Sunnyside Guesthouse twice in 2024. My stays always start with a warm welcome and continue with very comfortable rooms and then a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Paul and Nicky have thought of all the little touches that just add to an already superb experience. What a wonderful base to explore the area and I feel so comfortable and welcome.

Each time I stay at Sunnyside, Paul and Nicky have somehow added an extra detail to keep improving perfection! Beautiful rooms, the most comfortable bed, and too many great options for breakfast! Thank you guys so much for making such a welcoming and comfortable home from home - can’t wait to visit again soon.

Sunnyside really is an outstanding B&B. The quality of the rooms is first class and Nicky and Paul have gone the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need. My room was extremely comfortable with an amazing shower. The communal sitting room is a real USP with great views to Skiddaw, tea, coffee and alcohol available, lots of books to read, a great place to spend an evening. Breakfast was superb with a very comprehensive menu. Nicky will also provide an evening meal if required. There is off street parking available and Sunnyside is perfectly located for all of Keswick’s facilities. I look forward to staying there again.

Just had a fabulous weekend at Sunnyside. The best b and b we have ever stopped at. The greeting we got from Paul and Nicky was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable and they had thought of every little luxury possible. As for the breakfast simply amazing, we also ate there on one evening - superb!! Well worth the visit we will certainly be back. Thanks again Les and June.
