Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

Stayed here a bunch of times for work. Normally it’s ok, but apparently Diamond status Hilton member doesn’t mean anything to Hilton or maybe just this hotel. Would not change me rooms when requested cause the room I booked was not what I got. Called into Hilton to complain and was talked over and was not listened to. I was offered a manager call back the next morning, how does that resolve my stay that night?

I stayed at this hotel three times over three weeks, and each stay was worse than the last. During my first visit, I encountered a rude bartender who made me feel unwelcome. On my second visit, my room’s air conditioner wasn’t working. When I reported it, the manager’s only solution was to suggest opening a window, stating that they couldn’t fix it immediately. By the third visit, the situation hadn’t improved. Despite the manager assuring me that he had checked every aspect of my room for a comfortable stay, the iron didn’t work. When I informed them, instead of addressing my concerns, the general manager contacted me and banned me from the hotel. This hotel is outdated and desperately needs renovations. If you have the option, book a room at the Spring Hill Suites across the street instead. Avoid the Hilton Garden Inn at all costs.

Pretty nice room with King. Everything worked fine and the waitress in restaurant was fantastic, even though the AC was out in the lobby while were there. My only issue really, was the fact my wife bought an ice cream bar at their little store for 10.75! Prices aren't marked, so be careful. The other more important thing was I noticed the US Flag and the Oregon flag were tattered, so I went to the front desk to let them know. The lady there barely looked up and I suggested she call maintenance guy to have him change it out. I stated I'd be honored to help him...Crickets. Next day when we checked out, I was asked how my stay was and told man at front desk same story and how important the flag is to some people. He said he would order one. Order two of each so you always have a spare in good condition. This is a US based company. This shouldn't even be an issue but staff seemed so nonchalant about it, it drove me to write this.

I choose Hilton Garden Inn every time we go to Kennewick. It is always super clean and comfortable. The employees are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The pool area is always clean and well stocked. We've never had a bad meal in their restaurant, always delicious! A big bonus.....they have fresh coffee out early!

All staff are extremely professional and exemplify the Hilton Brand! I especially want to mention and thank Shegil! At 4 am, as I am getting dressed for an early flight, a tiny screw fell out of my glasses. I managed to find the screw and took the glasses, and screw to the front desk asking for a jewelers screwdriver. Shegil, without question, pulled a set out of a drawer. Being blind as a bat, I asked if she could possibly try to put the screw back in. She went to work and deftly got the screw in, holding the lens in place. I had a very long day of traveling ahead of me and cannot thank Shegil enough for her professionalism and, above her, customer service!!!

The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, attentive. From the time we arrived to when, we left in the morning. The bar made amazing beverages and the food had great varieties and taste. The weight training workout room was huge. And the pool also had a hot tub.

I went expect fair accommodation but was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Breakfast was really good for buffet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk and the lady in charge of breakfast. Pillows were comfortable. Bed was clean, it was very nice to have a microwave and fridge. Also no need to pay for late check out because check out is noon!! 👍 (I hate when there is a 10/10:30 check-out😖)

Uncomfortable short beds, high ceilings that created echoes in our room and the rooms around us, pillows deflated to nothing, no counter space, doors opened back to back, expensive breakfast, not complimentary like the other Hiltons in town, pool only open til 11, and very expensive

We always stay at this Hotel when visiting the Tri Cities area. Always very clean, in side and out. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are comfortable. They have the coffee ready early!!! The pool/spa is lots of fun and (I cannot express this enough) very clean! Great deal for the money.
