Just back from 3 days in the landsdown what a hotel staff brilliant room spotless beautiful hotel in a lovely town could not fault it lovely little bar breakfast freshly cooked best hotel in kenmare by far will stay again this is a 5 star also got a upgrade thank you

Gorgeous hotel in a delightful location, perfectly situated for exploring Kenmare and it's surrounds. Such a warm welcome and I have to highlight the food! Absolutely delicious breakfasts and dinner was superb. Well done to all the team. We look forward to visiting again!

Classy hotel in the heart of Kenmare. Very comfortable bed in a well appointed room with nice amenities. Quiet despite being downtown and close to so many restaurants and shops. Easy parking on the street. Note that some may need help with luggage on the stairs since no lift. Enjoyed our one night stay and hope to return some day!

My wife and I are just back from a lovely stay in the landsdowne. We both agreed that it is our favourite hotel in Ireland. When we walked in we were greeted by a cosy fire and every member of staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful and it has all the amenities you could want. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous hotel - staff so friendly, rooms spacious & spotless & food wonderful ! Was given a gift of the ingredients for their homemade brown bread as part of Culture Night - made it when I came home - so delicious & full of wonderful healthy ingredients- such a lovely touch! Highly recommend this hotel & Kenmare is such a vibrant town with so much to see & do!

The staff were exceptional, the room was lovely. The location was amazing. It felt like a five star hotel. We received great staff recommendations for a local restaurant for dinner and pubs for live music. We finished off our evening in the Poet's Bar within the hotel listening to traditional irish music!

The purpose was just to have a coffee and check emails, but I stayed longer. The staff were the most friendly bunch I’d ever seen. Coffee was excellent, special thanks to Danny a very knowledgeable gentleman ( he tells me ) only joking but he was the comedian 🤗

Beautiful large room with all the amenities. Good reading lights and a nice sofa. Chocolates. Safe included and a good hair dryer. Shower a bit small but very nice with good towels. Loved the USB ports for charging. Only complaint is due to the heat we had windows open, and with super convenient location came some noisy pedestrians and traffic noise. We enjoyed the lounge area with nice music. Shout out to Ursula for being so friendly and welcoming.

Have occasionally had lunch here over the years. Wanted to see after refurbishment. Negatives: Long waiting time; Our order partially wrong, as were many of neighbouring tables'. (Response: Oh, sorry about that.) Food very average. Positives: Looks very nice
