This was my first time staying at this hotel. Based on recommendations from local residents, this hotel is said to be one of the best in terms of design, room spaciousness, location, and cleanliness.
It turns out that some of what was said is indeed true.
However, to maintain the comfort of guests, there are several areas that the hotel should improve:
1. CLEANLINESS
* Bathroom tiles are moldy and have an unpleasant odor.
* Toothbrushes are not provided.
* Wardrobe shelves are covered in thick dust.
* Window glass has many smudge marks.
* Bathroom ceiling has mold.
2. FACILITIES
* The room door does not close properly.
* TV channels are limited and most are blurry.
* The rooftop restaurant has red ants. As soon as food is placed, ants swarm over it.
I hope these suggestions will help the hotel management improve where necessary.
